CONSOLE

    Place both hands on the pulse sensors, the console will count down for 3 seconds and display the heart rate. The pulse monitor is a guide for reference only and not for medical use or monitoring.

    • CONFIRM
      Press the DIAL to confirm selection.

    • RESET
      Press and hold the DIAL for 3 seconds to clear data and return to the standby screen.

    • (-) DOWN
      Rotate DIAL counter clockwise to decrease the function value.

    • (+) UP
      Rotate DIAL clockwise to increase the function value.

    • START/PAUSE
      Bike automatically starts after sensing RPM, otherwise it is paused.

COMPUTER PROGRAMS

POWER UP
When the power supply is connected to the machine, the console will power on with a long beep sound. All segments of the LCD display will light up for 2 seconds (Image 1) the wheel diameter 78” will be displayed (Image 2), then it will enter Standby Mode (Image 3).

QUICK START
In standby mode (Image 3) without setting the workout mode or target value, the workout can be started directly by pedaling, and the console will automatically start after sensing RPM.

MANUAL MODE

  1. In standby mode (Image 3) press the dial to enter workout selection mode.
    Rotate the dial to select Manual Mode (Image 4).

  2. To adjust the target values, first press the dial to select and switch between TIME (Image 6)/DISTANCE (Image 7)/CALORIES (Image 8) /PULSE (Image 9).
    Rotate the dial to adjust the value, then press the dial to confirm the setting and switch to the next value setting.

  3. After setting the values, the workout starts after pedaling. Each value is displayed cyclically every 3 seconds (Images below). During the workout, press the dial to switch and lock the workout value. When the workout value is switched to TIME, the cycle value automatically starts.

  4. During the workout, rotate the dial to adjust the resistance level and its value will be displayed. If it is not adjusted for 3 seconds, the previous value will be restored to display.

  5. When users stop pedaling, the console will be suspended, but the workout values will automatically cyclically display.

  6. When the target value arrives, the console will be suspended and jump back to the target set value to wait.

PRESET PROGRAMS (P01 – P12)

  1. In standby mode (Image 3) press the dial to enter workout selection mode. Rotate the dial to select Preset Program Mode (Image 10).
    Rotate the dial, select the preset program P1 – P12 (Image 11), press the dial to confirm, and enter the time setting (Image 6).

  2. Rotate the dial to adjust the TIME value (this mode can only set TIME) and press the dial to confirm the TIME setting.

  3. The workout starts after pedaling. During the workout, press dial to switch and lock the workout value. When the workout value is switched to TIME, it automatically begins cycling between values.

  4. During the workout, the resistance level will be automatically adjusted according to the program, or rotate the dial to adjust the resistance level.

  5. When you stop pedaling, the console will be suspended, but the workout values will automatically cyclically display.

  6. When the target value arrives, the console will be suspended and jumps back to the target set value to wait.

CONNECT TO A FITNESS APP
The console supports the Reebok, Kinomap, Peloton and Zwift APP. After connecting with the Bluetooth the display is as follows.

POWER SAVING
This product is fitted with a power saving mode which will activate if the machine is inactive for a period of 4 minutes. To restart the machine, simply press DIAL or pedal.
