COMPUTER FUNCTIONS

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

  • ENTER
    Select or switch the values of each function. Can be used as confirmation.

  • RECOVERY
    Test heart rate recovery, once complete, press again to revert.

  • RESET
    Press and hold for 2 seconds, the console will reboot and start from the user setting. Return to the main menu during preset workout value or stop mode.

  • UP
    Adjust function value up.

  • DOWN
    Adjust function value down.

  • START / STOP
    To start or stop the workout.

  • DISPLAY FUNCTIONS TIME

  • LCD display:
    Count up – No preset target. Time will count up from 00:00 to a maximum of 99:59 with 1-minute increments. Count down – If training with preset Time. Time will count down from preset to 00:00. User setting: Each preset increment or decrement is 1 minute between 00:00 to 99:00.

  • SPEED
    Displays current training speed. The maximum speed is 99.9 KM/H.

  • RPM
    Displays the Rotation Per Minute. Display range 0-15-999.

  • LCD display:
    Accumulates total distance from 0.00 up to 99.99 KM. The user may preset target distance data by using UP/DOWN. User setting: Each preset increment or decrement is 1KM between 0.00 to 99.00.

  • CALORIES LCD display:
    Accumulates calories consumption during training from 0 to a maximum of 9999 calories. (This data is a rough guide for a comparison of different exercise sessions which can not be used in medical treatment.) User setting: Each preset increment or decrement is 1 calorie between 0 to 9990.

  • PULSE
    Users may set up a target pulse from 0 – 30 to 230, and the console buzzer will beep when the actual heart rate is over the target value during a workout.

  • WATTS
    Display current workout watts. Display range 0-999.

  • MANUAL
    Manual mode workout.

  • BEGINNER
    Beginner Mode, 4 PROGRAM selection.

  • ADVANCE
    Advanced Mode, 4 PROGRAM selection.

  • SPORTY
    Sporty Mode, 4 PROGRAM selection.

  • CARDIO
    Target HR training mode.

  • WATT PROGRAM
    WATT constant training mode.

  • USER PROGRAM
    The user creates a resistance level profile.

OPERATION PROCEDURE

  1. POWER ON
    Plug-in power supply, the console will power on and display all segments on LCD for 2 seconds.

  2. WORKOUT SELECTION
    Press UP or DOWN to select workout: MANUAL – BEGINNER – ADVANCE – SPORTY – CARDIO – WATT – USER PROGRAM

  3. MANUAL MODE

  4.  Press UP or DOWN to select manual mode, and press ENTER to get into.

  5.  Press UP or DOWN to set TIME (Figure 9), DISTANCE (Figure 10), CALORIES (Figure 11), PULSE (Figure 12), and press ENTER to switch the value set.

  6.  Press START/STOP to start the workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level during a workout. Resistance level display in WATT window, not any adjusting for 3s, it will switch to display WATT (Figure 13).

  7.  Press START/STOP to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.
    Press START/STOP in the main menu, start a workout in manual mode directly.

  8. BEGINNER MODE

  9.  Press UP or DOWN to select Beginner Mode, and press ENTER to select mode.

  10.  Press UP or DOWN to select Beginner program 1-4 (Figure 14) and press ENTER to select mode.

  11.  Press UP or DOWN to set TIME.

  12.  Press START/STOP to start the workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level during a workout.

  13.  Press START/STOP to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.

  14. ADVANCED MODE

  15. Press UP or DOWN to select Advance mode, and press ENTER to select mode.

  16.  Press UP or DOWN to select Advance program 1-4 (Figure 15) and press ENTER to select mode.

  17.  Press UP or DOWN to set TIME.

  18. Press START/STOP to start the workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level during a workout.

  19.  Press START/STOP to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.

  20. SPORTY MODE

  21.  Press UP or DOWN to select Sporty mode, and press ENTER to select mode.

  22. Press UP or DOWN to select Sporty program 1-4 (Figure 16) and press ENTER to select mode.

  23.  Press UP or DOWN to set TIME.

  24.  Press START/STOP to start the workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level during a workout.

  25.  Press START/STOP to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.

  26. CARDIO MODE

  27.  Press UP or DOWN to select H.R.C, and press ENTER to select mode.

  28.  Press UP or DOWN to set Age (Figure 17). and press ENTER to switch the next value setting.

  29.  Press UP or DOWN to select 55% (Figure 18), 75%, 90% or TAG (TARGET H.R.) (default: 100). When selecting the target heart rate, the default value of 100 will flicker. Press UP or DOWN to adjust target range 30-230, and press ENTER to switch the next value setting.

  30.  Press UP or DOWN to set workout TIME.

  32. WATT MODE

  33.  Press UP or DOWN to select WATT mode, and press ENTER to select mode.

  34.  Press UP or DOWN to set WATT target. (default: 120, Figure 19). Adjust target range 10-350, and press ENTER to switch the next value setting.

  35.  Press UP or DOWN to set TIME.

  36.  Press START/STOP to start the workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust Watt level during a workout.

  37.  Press START/STOP to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.

  38. USER PROGRAM MODE

  39. . Press UP or DOWN to select User Program mode, and press ENTER to select mode.

  40.  Press UP or DOWN to select U1-U4 and press ENTER to switch the next value setting.

  41.  Press UP or DOWN to create a user profile (Figure 20). There are a total of 20 columns. Users can adjust each column resistance level (press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level, press ENTER to move to the next unit). Users can hold ENTER for 2 seconds to quit during setting.

  42.  Press UP or DOWN to set TIME.

  43.  Press START/STOP to start the workout. Press UP or DOWN to adjust resistance level during a workout.

  44.  Press START/STOP to pause the workout. Press RESET to return to the main menu.

  45. RECOVERY
    After exercising for a period, keep holding on to handgrips and press RECOVERY. All function displays will stop except “TIME” starts counting down from 00:60 to 00:00 (Figure 21). The screen will display your heart rate recovery status with the F1, F2…. to F6. F1 is best, F6 is poor (Figure 22). Users may keep exercising to improve their heart rate recovery status. Press the RECOVERY button again to return the main display.

  • F1 – Best
  • F2 – Very Good F3 – Good
  • F4 – Satisfactory F5 – Not Satisfied
  • F6 – Poor

Notes

  •  After 4 minutes without pedaling or pulse input, the console will enter into power-saving mode. Press any key to wake the console up.
  •  When console acts abnormal, please unplug the adaptor and plugin again.
