Charging instructions
Thank you for choosing our company’s smart health watch. Please read the manual carefully when using it for the first time; First, press and hold the knob button for 2 seconds to turn on the device, if the battery is low or depleted, please charge it first. After connecting the charging cable, plug in the USB interface (such as a computer host, mobile power supply, or standard power adapter) for charging, with an input voltage of 5V1A or 5V2A

Download APP and Bluetooth pairing

1. Install APP
   Before using this device, please download the APP and install it, install it, APP download step:

2. Scan the QR code on the right with your phone. (Compatible systems: iOS9.0 and above;Android 5.0 and above)

4. When new users use this watch for the first time, after downloading and installing the app, they first register their personal identity, start the app. and register as required.After registration is completed, they enter their account and password to log in.

Main dial selection
When in the main interface, long press the screen to select a different main dial: After connecting the device to the APP, you can also select more main dial in the center of the APP dial

• Up button:

1. Long press to turn on/off;
2. When in the function menu state, double-click to switch menu styles

• Knob button: Rotate the switch dial/browse the function list
• Down button: Sport mode
• Long press screen: When in the main dial state, long press the screen to select different dials
• Left slide: Enter the next interface
• Right slide: Return to or previous page
• Slide up: When in the main dial state,slide up the screen to quickly view information
• Sliding: When in the main dial state, sliding the screen can quickly enter the settings menu
