• Step1:

  • Method1: Scanthebelow QRcode and install the smart life app.
  • Method2: Search for”SmartLife” to download in App Store or Google Play and install it for iOS/Android.
    Tips: This App is compatible with mobile devices 1OS 8.0 and above and Android4.0andabove.

• Step2:
  Launch the”SmartLife” App,theAppwillaskyoutoregister your
  device. Enter your phone number or email and select the country you live in.

• Step3:
  After inputting your phone number, you will receive a text with the registration code. And if you choose the email you will be asked to create a password.
  Input the registration code you received or create a password if email me the chosen one.

• Tips:
  Faster register throughothercommunicationAppswhichshowonthebottom of the homepage of’Smart Light” App, such as Facebook, and WeChat It is recommended to register by email or mobile number you need to use Amazon Alexa and GoogleHom for voice control.

Quick mode Configuration (Recommend)

1. before connecting, please make sure your smartphone or device is
   connecting with our home Wi-Fi successfully.

2. To connect in quick mode configuration, the light needs to be set to flash rapidly. (Yaucanlearnthe detailed instructions on “How ToMakeLightBlinksRapidly” from inner page of”SmartLife” App)

3. 0penAppandclick”+”to add device.

4. Follow their-Appinstructionstoconnectthesmartdevicetoyour Wi-Finetwork[2.4GHz].

5. 0nce connected, the App will prompt the connection.

6. Now you can control the smart device through the “SmartLife” App.

AP mode Configuration

1. Before connecting, please make sure your smartphone or deviceisconnectingwithyourhomeWi-Fi[2.4GHz].
2. Make sure the AP mode configuration is initiated: power on the light and confirm that the light blinks slowly. (How to make light slowly blink, please check the inner-Appinstruction)
3. Select the device type and click AP mode to Add the device.
4. Go to the Wi-Fi setting in your smartphone and select the “SmartLite-xxx”foryourWi-Fi.
5. 0nce connected successfully, the App will prompt the connection, and click”Done:
6. Now you can control the smart device through the “SmartLife” App.

How to connect the smart device to Alexa/Google Home
Before you start, make sure that Your smart device is connected to WIFI and can be controlled by App. Yau has an Alexa-enabled device(Echo, Echo dot, etc.), or a device enabled with GoogleAssistant(GoogleHome, etc.) on your smartphone and you have created an account.

1. Open the Alexa App and select”Skills” from the menu in the top left corner of the home page.
2. 0nthe”Skills” page,searchfar”SmartLife
3. Enable it in Alexa APP
4. Log in with your”SmartLife”accounttoauthorizeAlexatoaccess to your account.
5. Discover new smart devices via the “Smart Home” menu in the Alexa App or Alexa voice control. Now you can control your Smart device through Alexa.

After your smart device is connected with Alexa successfully you can simply ask Alexa to set your device like this

• Alexa, turn on
• Alexa, turn off
• Alexa, set to percent
• Alexa, brighten/increase
• Alexa, dim/decrease
• Alexa,setto(color)
• Alexa,setto(colortemperature)
• Alexa, make/setwarmer

1. 0pen the Google Home App, tap the”+” icon in the homepage,then select “Setupdevice”in the”Addandmanage”page
2. ln the “Set up” page, tap “New devices” to set up new devices in your home,likeyourGoogleHomespeakerandsmartlighting products. Tap ” Works with Google” to authorize the Google Home with your”SmartLife” account.
3. After successful configuration, say simple command to Google Home to control the light with your voice like this:
   • OkGoogle,turnon
   • OkGoogle,turnoff
   • OkGoogle,is < devicename>on/off?
   • OkGoogle,settopercent
   • OkGoogle, brighten/increase
   • OkGoogle, dim/decrease
   • OkGoogle,Dim/Brightenby 50%
   • OkGoogle,setto(color)
   • OkGoogle,setto(colortemperature)
   • OkGoogle,turnon/offlightsin
   • OkGoogle, Turn on/off allofthelights
   • OkGoogle,Start
   • OkGoogle,Activate.

Warm Tips

• Please check whether the device is connected with power andyourphoneisconnectedwithWi-Fi.

• Check routers: If the router is a dual-band router, please select an a2.4GHz network to add a device. You also need to open the routerbroadcastingfunction

• Set up the wireless router: Set the encryption method as WPA2-PSKauthorization type as AES, or set both as auto. The Wireless modecannotbeonly5GHz
  Please name the router Wi-Fi in English. In order to stay a strong Wi-Fi signal.Pleasekeepdeviceandrouterwithinacertaindistance.

• Check whether connected devices have reached the maximum number of router connections. If so, please try to turn off the Wi-Ficonnectionofsomedevices.

• If the router uses DHGP service, ensure that the assignaloleIPadd ress is greater than the number of devices before connecting the device.

• Make sure router’s wireless MAC filtering function is enabled.

• Remove the device from the filter list and make sure that the router is not prohibiting the device from connecting.

• Makesuretheenteredpasswordiscorrectwhenadding a new device
