Safety Tips

Location of Controls

Operation

  • The Vacuum Sealer automatically comes on when plugged
  • The Vacuum Sealer is now ready for use

Vacuum Packing Food

  1. Place the food in the bag and remove any excess liquid or food

  2. Allow minimum of 25-50mm of space at the top of bag to ensure a good

  3. Place the open end of the bag across the Sealing Strip, keeping opening within the chamber ring and close lid, pressing down with thumbs until the locks on both sides

  4. Press “ Vacuum Seal ” Indicator light will turn red.

  5. The vacuum pump will engage until the required vacuum level is Machine will automatically go into seal mode.

  6. Seal Only indicator light will turn red as the machine starts to

  7. When sealing is complete red Seal Only light will go out. Press side lock buttons to release

  8. Remove the bag and inspect the bag and

  9. To stop the process, press “ Cancel ” Machine will stop.

Using the “Seal Only” Function

  3. The indicator light will change to red as the machine starts to seal
  4. When sealing is complete red Seal only light will go out. Press side lock buttons to release.

Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Switch off and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning. Always allow to cool before cleaning.
WARNING: Do not allow any water to spill into the appliance when cleaning.

Electrical Wiring

This Appliance is supplied with a 3 pin, molded, BS1363 plug and lead, with a 3 amp fuse as standard. The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:

  • Live wire (colored brown) to the terminal marked L
  • Neutral wire (colored blue) to the terminal marked N

If in doubt consult a qualified.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency disconnection being required, they must be readily accessible.
