3.1 Inserting the batteries
  • Place 2xAAA batteries into the T208602 Hygro-Thermometer.

  • Hang on the wall or put in on the table.
    Note:

  • Do not place T208602 Hygro-Thermometer in direct sunlight as this will give you an inaccurate reading.

3.2 Replacing Batteries:
  • We recommend using high quality batteries for the best product performance.
  • Heavy duty or rechargeable batteries are not recommended.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard, and rechargeable batteries.
3.3 Low Battery Indicator:

If the low battery indicator is displayed on the LCD, immediately change the batteries.

4.Temperatue and humidity
4.1 Temperature
  • Indoor temperature -20°C ~ 70°C (4°F ~ 158°F), display LL.L when below -20°C (4°F) and display HH.H
    when higher than 70°C(158°F). · Temperature resolution: 0.1°C/°F
4.2 Humidity
  • Indoor humidity range: 10%-99%, display 10% when below 10% and display 99% when higher than 99%.
  • Humidity resolution: 1 %RH
Note: Accuracy
  • Temperature accuracy:
    50°C ~ 70°C: ± 4°C -20°C ~ 0°C: ± 2°C 0°C ~ +50°C: ±1°C

  • Humidity accuracy: ±5% from 35% to 75% and ±10% from 10% to 35% & 75% to 99%.

4.3 Setting the Temperature Units: Press the “C/F” button on the back of the unitto switch Celsius and Fahrenheit.
4.4 MAX/MIN temperature and humidity The LCD will show Max/Min temperature and humidity in 24 hours.
4.5 Temperature and humidity trend The device checks the temperature for trends every 30 minutes, comparing the current temperature with the temperature from 3 hours ago.

  • If the temperature rises 1 °C / 2 °F, the device will display an upward arrow.
  • If the temperature drops 1 °C / 2 °F, the device will display a downward arrow.
  • If the temperature stays within 1 °C / 2 °F, the device will display a horizontal arrow.
5.Comfort level indication

Humidity – < 40% – 40%~70% – >70%

Comfort – level – Low – OK – High

6.Care and maintenance
  • To ensure accurate temperature measurement, place units out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources or vents.
  • Do not clean any part of the product with benzene, thinner or other solvent chemicals. When necessary, clean it with a soft cloth.
  • Never immerse the product in water. This will damage the product.
  • Do not subject the product to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in temperature or humidity.
  • Do not tamper with the internal components.
  • Do not dispose of this product as unsorted municipal waste. Collection of such waste separately for special
    treatment is necessary.
