We recommend using high-quality batteries for the best product performance.
Heavy duty or rechargeable batteries are not recommended.

TROUBLESHOOTING

| Couldn’t Power On | 1. Please confirm that if there’s any water leaked in the |
unit or the internal components get damaged.
2. Please put the new battery in(use 1 AAA battery). We recommend using high-
quality batteries for the best product performance. Heavy duty or rechargeable
batteries are not recommended.
Numbers Of Temperature
and Humidity Flashed| If you have just received the product,please leave it
for a few hours after disassembly and installation.
If your Geevon product does not operate properly after trying the
troubleshooting steps, contact the seller on your order page or shoot an email
to :support@geevon.com.
Inaccurate Temperature/ Humidity| 1. Make sure the main unit is placed out of
direct sunlight and away from any heat sources or vents.
2. Make sure the display is positioned away from moisture sources.
3. Do not tamper with the internal components.

| This is an indoor thermometer measuring indoor temperature and humidity. You
can view the other Geevon products on Amazon to choose what you need.
Care And Maintenance| 1. Do not clean any part of the product with benzene,
thinner, or other solvent chemicals. When necessary, clean it with a soft
cloth.
2. Never immerse the product in water. This will damage the product.
3. Do not subject the product to extreme force, shock, or fluctuations in
temperature.
