INSTALLATION

INSERT 2’AA BATTERIES

Installation

  1. Remove the cover in the rear of the timer.
  2. Insert two fresh AA (1.5V) alkaline batteries (not including) into the timer battery compartment, following the correct polarity indicated.
  3. Firmly reinstall the battery cover back into the timer.
INSTALL THE TIMER TO THE TAP
  1. Attach the timer to an outdoor hose faucet and hand lightens ii.
  2. Donohue tools on the timer.
  3. The water must remain on for the timer to work properly after programming.
  4. Install above ground and vertically to tap.

PROGRAMING THE TIMER

After the timer is powered on, choose the time format and set clock in advance.

And then select the zone you would like to program by pressing the LJR button, the system default sets the ZONE L first.

  1. When you have set START TIME, HOW LONG and HOW OFTEN for ZONE L, then tum the dial to AUTO on the LCD screen to save the changes.
  2. Tum the dial to go back to START TIME, press LlR to select ZONE R, and repeal the following steps 2 4 again. When all desired times are set. tum titer dial to AUTO to save the changes.

STEP 1. SET CLOCK

Programing The Timer

  1. Turn the dial to “SET CLOCK” on the LCD, press the “+” button to choose the time format as you need.
  2. Pressing “OK” button to confirm and then using· +” & “-“ button to set time of day, including AM and PM.
  3. Press ”OK” button to switch time(Hours or Minutes).
  4. Turn dial to save changes and move forward to next step.

TIPS:

  • Hold “+” button for quick a dance.
  • Hold “-” button for quick reverse.
  • At the end of the programming, please turn the dial to save changes. If without any further operation over 1 0seconds, the system will back to AUTO mode.

STEP 2. SET START TIME

  1. Turn the dial and LCD move to START TIME.
  2. Using the “+” or”-“ buttons, set the time of day, including AM and PM.
  3. Press the “OK” button to switch time (Hours or Minutes).
  4. Turn dial to the next step and save changes.

TIPS:

  • Hold “+” button for a quick dance.
  • Hold “-” button for quick reverse.
  • At the end of the programming, please turn the dial to save changes. If without any further operation over 1 0seconds, the system will back to AUTO mode.
  • You will see ZONE L display at the left bottom of the screen, program, press the UR” button to switch the zone.

STEP 3. SET HOW LONG

  1. Turn dial to HOW LONG.
  2. Using the ”+” or “-“ buttons, select watering duration from 1 minute to 4 hours 59 minutes.
  3. Press “OK” button to switch time(Hours or Minutes)
  4. Turn dial to next step and save changes.

TIPS:

  • Hold “+” button for quick a dance.
  • Hold “- ” button for quick reverse.
  • At the end of the programming, please tum the dial to save changes. If without any further operation over 1 0seconds, the system will back to AUTO mode.

STEP 4. SET HOW OFTEN

  1. Turn dial to HOW OFTEN.
  2. Using the”+” or”-” buttons, set your watering frequency. You can choose to water every 1 to 12 hours, or from 1 to 7 days.
  3. Turn dial to next step and save changes.

TIPS:

  • 1 is every day, 2 is every other day. etc.
  • At the end of the programming, please turn the dial to save changes, or If without any further operation over 10 seconds, the system will back to AUTO mode.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

  1. RAIN DELAY
    Programing The TimerRain delay allows you to postpone watering for a set period of time. And it doesn’t interrupt your programmed watering schedule. To access the rain delay, follow the steps below.

  2. With the dial on AUTO, press the “DELAY” button enter the DELAY watering mode.

  3. Press the “DELAY” or”- ” button to select a delay of 24 hrs, 48 hrs, 72 hrs or O hrs.

  4. Press the ” OK” button to run the delay function after selecting the delay time. Or the water timer will run the delay automatically if there is no further operation in 5 seconds after selecting the delay time. All watering plans will skip during this period.

  5. To remove rain delay, tum dial to OFF and then back to AUTO, or press the “DELAY” button to exit the delay state to resume your programmed watering schedule.

  6. MANUAL WATERING
    Additional FunctionsThis feature allows you to water without interrupting your set schedule. To access this feature, follow the steps below.

  7. Under AUTO mode, press ~MANUAL” button to enter the manual watering mode.

  8. Select the zone you would like to program by pressing the L/R button.

  9. Press the L/R button for the first time to select only ZONE L. Press the L/R button for the second time to select only ZONE R. Press the L/R button the third time for both select ZONE Land ZONER.

  10. The default manual watering time is 10 minutes. Using the “+N or~-” button to select watering time, from 1 minutes to 4 hours 59 minutes.

  11. Press “OK” button to run manual watering after selecting watering time. Or the water timer will run the manual mode automatically if there is no further operation in 5 seconds after selecting the watering time.

  12. To stop manual watering, turn dial to OFF and then back to AUTO, or press the to exit the manual watering mode to resume your programmed watering schedule.

  13. OFF MODE

Additional Functions

  1. Turn the dial to OFF to stop the watering plans. (programmed watering time settings are saved).
  2. The timer will not water automatically while in OFF mode.
  3. Turn the dial back to AUTO to resume your programmed watering schedule.

Warranty & Warnings

  1. Please make sure the inlet filter is clean and change it in regular time.
  2. The watering timer will follow and perform the preset watering schedule after programs set successfully.
