ATTENTION: Only the 20″x24″x30″ ­- 18″x20″x24″ ­ -16″x20″x24″ plyo boxes require the center support structure. The 12″x14″x16″ and 16″x18″x20″ plyo boxes do not require or include a center support.

We recommend using a dollop of Gorilla Glue unless you anticipate that you will need to disassemble the plyo box at some point

1. Start by setting panel A on the ground, finish side down.
2. Place side B in it’s place by matching the number on the side to the number on the bottom. Insert and tighten one screw at the visible screw hole at the floor.
3. Place side C adjacent to Side B by matching the numbers. Insert and tighten the one visible screw hole at the floor and the middle screw attaching side B to side C.
4. Set the next B side by matching the numbers and repeat the process by installing one screw at the floor and the center screw attaching B to C.
5. Set the final C side panel by matching the nubers on the interior of the plyo box. Insert the one visible screw at the floor and one at each adjacent side.
6. Assemble and insert the center structure
7. Place the remaining a panel on top of the structure. Insert and tighten the 4 screws visible from the top.
8. Rotate the plyo box and insert all remaining screws
