off).
CHANGE FROM FAHRENHEIT TO CELSIUS – Press and hold the “ON/OFF” (Therma
K-Plus: HOLD) button for 5 seconds at startup and the displayed temperature
will change from °F and °C.
OPEN CIRCUIT/FAULTY PROBE – If the probe has developed an ‘Open Circuit’

BACKLIGHT (Therma K-Plus) – Press the backlight button and the display
will illuminate. Press again and the backlight will turn off. The backlight
will turn off automatically after 20 seconds to preserve battery life.
