Answering Call| Press the POWER button during the incoming call.
End Call| Press the POWER button during the conversation.
Reject| Press and hold the POWER button during the incoming call.
Voice assistant activation| Press the POWER button twice, while connected to a smart device.
On hold| Double press the POWER button during the conversation.

WEARING YOUR HEADSET

Using appropriate-size ear-tips is critical for maximum external noise isolation and a snug secure fit. It is also common to have different-sized ear canals, so try on the ear-tips one at a time to find the best fit for each side.
Better to try the various sizes of silicone tips supplied with XR800.
To seat, the XR800 earbuds firmly, try gently pulling on the outer rim of your ear to ease the tip into a comfortable position. You should notice a drop in ambient noise when
the tip is seated correctly. And when you’re listening to music, you’ll notice more range.
To change the silicone ear-tips:

  1. Turn over the ear-tip upper cover.
  2. Rotate and firmly push the ear-tip tube to cover the ear-tip pillar.
  3. Turn the ear-tip upper cover back on the nozzle.

SETTING UP YOUR TREBLAB XR800
Turn ON
Press and hold the POWER button for 2 seconds. You will hear a “Power ON” voice prompt, and the blue & red LED light will start flashing.
Turn OFF
Press and hold the POWER button for 4 seconds. You will hear a “Power OFF” voice prompt, and the flashing blue LED light will go off.
PAIRING
Make sure TREBLAB XR800 is charged and turned OFF.

  1. Press and hold the POWER button on the right earbud.
    You will hear the “Power ON” voice prompt, and a few seconds later – “PAIRING” (LED will flash red and blue rapidly).

  2. Activate the Bluetooth option on your smart device and keep it within 3 feet / 1 meter while pairing.

  3. Using your smart device, scan/search for available devices.

  4. Select TREBLAB XR800 from the device list.

  5. If prompted for the password, enter “0000”

  6. Once XR800 is successfully paired and connected, you will hear a “CONNECTED” voice prompt, and the LED will start flashing blue every 6 seconds.

MULTIPOINT CONNECTION

TREBLAB XR800 earbuds have a multipoint connection. It allows two devices to be connected to at the same time.
While you won’t receive the input from both devices at the same time, you’ll be able to transition from one device to another seamlessly.
To connect XR800 to the second device:

  1. Temporarily switch OFF the Bluetooth on the first device you’re connected to.
  2. Repeat pairing steps 1-6 and connects the other device.
  3. Turn the Bluetooth back ON for the first device.

When you turn the earbuds ON, they will try to reconnect with recently connected devices/devices. If the reconnection does not happen automatically, the earbuds will try to find the next device in the pairing list.

AUDIO PLAYBACK

To pause and resume the playback, press the POWER button.
To adjust the volume, short press the Volume + button to turn the volume up and Volume – button to turn the volume down.
To change tracks on the XR800 , press and hold the Volume + button to play the next track and the Volume- button to play the previous track.

PHONE CALLS MANAGEMENT

TREBLAB XR800 can be used to make and receive phone calls when connected via Bluetooth. The audio playback will be paused during calls.

To Answer Call: Press the POWER button during the incoming call.
To Reject Call: Press and hold the POWER button for 2 seconds.
To End Call: Press the POWER button while on the phone.
To Put On Hold: Double press the POWER button while on the phone.

CHARGING

Use only the provided USB/micro USB cable to charge the earbuds.
One full battery charge provides up to 6 hours of playtime at maximum volume and up to 9 hours at medium volume.
When the battery is running low, you will hear the “BATTERY LOW” voice prompt.
To charge the earbuds, plug one end of the supplied cable into the Micro-USB charging port under the rubber cover of the right earbud. Plug the other end of the charging cable into a standard USB port. It takes up to 2 hours to charge fully.
The LED light will turn red while charging. The red light will turn blue when the earbuds are fully charged.

When not in use, unplug XR800 from the charging cable and the cable from the power source.
Don’t overcharge the earbuds as it may lead to premature battery degradation and avoidance of the manufacturer’s warranty.
If the headset is left unused, even the fully charged battery will lose its charge over time. We recommend charging fully TREBLAB XR800 at least twice a month to maintain a
sufficient battery life.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem

Solution

Not powering on

| Make sure the headset is fully charged.
Charge for 2 hours, if necessary.
Check if the USB charging cable is not damaged. Try to clean the charging port using a small soft brush.
Try to charge with another charging cable, adapter, or USB port.

Not pairing

| Remove TREBLAB XR800 from your device’s pairing list.
Power on XR800. Press and hold the  Volume + and the POWER button for 5 seconds until you hear the double-beep sound and “Your headset is disconnected” voice prompt. The blue LED will light up. This will force the headset to forget previously paired devices. Repeat the steps for pairing as previously described.

Not finding a Bluetooth
driver on your laptop

| Make sure your laptop supports the Bluetooth connection. If it doesn’t, you will need an external Bluetooth USB adapter compatible with your laptop.
For further details, consult with your laptop manufacturer.

Frequent
disconnection and noise

| Make sure that the distance between your device and the headset is less than 33 feet/10 meters.
Make sure that nothing is blocking the signal between your device and the XR800. (no antennas, steel, or multiple other devices nearby; no solid obstructions; you’re not carrying any other electronics on you).
Check if the headset is running out of power. Restore XR800 to factory settings by following instructions from the next section of the manual.

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS

To restore the earphones back to the factory settings:

  1. Power on XR800

  2. Press and hold the Volume + and the POWER button for 5 seconds until you hear the double-beep sound and “Your headset is disconnected” voice prompt. The blue
    LED will light up

  3. Now the earphones are restored back to the factory settings and ready to be paired again.

SAFETY RULES

Don’t disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reason. Doing this may cause the earbuds to malfunction or become combustible. The damage to your device can void
the manufacturer’s warranty.
Make sure the headset is completely dry before charging.
Charging a wet device may cause serious damage.
Clean only with a dry cloth.
Avoid exposing TREBLAB XR800 to extreme temperatures (below 37°F / 3°C or above 112°F / 45°C). Extreme temperatures can cause the deformation of XR800   components and reduce battery life and the lifespan of your headset.
Don’t put the device’s LED lights close to humans’ or animals’ eyes.
Do not use XR800 during a thunderstorm. Thunderstorms can cause serious malfunction and increase the risk of electric shock.
Do not use for swimming, diving into the water, snorkeling or scuba diving, high-speed watersports, etc.

RECYCLING

The earphones can be recycled, and they should be in order to keep our planet clean. Where should you bring them?
In theUS, there are a couple of options:
