What’s in the box?
1x MAP EvoX Oil Pan – Assembled
1x MAP EvoX AC Bracket
15x M6 Bolts 16mm Length, 1mm Pitch
15x M6 Washers
5x M8 Washers
4x M8 Bolts 110mm Length, 1.25mm Pitch
1x M8 Bolt 70 mm Long, 1.25 mm Thread
1x M8 Bolt 35mm Length, 1.25 mm Thread
1x M8 Bolts 20mm Length, 1.25mm Pitch
1x 1/8” NPT Plug
Tools needed
You will need:
- 10mm socket
- 3/8ths ratchet
- 3/16ths, 5mm, and 6mm Hex Bit Sockets
- Gasket scraper
- Ultra grey or equivalent gasket sealer
Step 1
Remove OEM AC compressor bracket

Step 2
Remove oil pan bolts

Step 3
Remove oil pan, some prying may required
to remove oil pan
|
*Step 4
Clean gasket surface on oil pan,
using gasket scraper or new razor
blade at 90 angle**
Step 5
Apply gasket maker to
MAPerformance EVO X pan, following
the path pictured
|
Step 6
Install evo x oil pan with included
hardware
Step 7
Install MAPerformance EVO x oil pan
AC compressor bracket, install all bolts
hand tight, and then tighten ac
compressor bolts then oil pan bolts
