This hearing amplifier is designed to increase the level of sound.

A Sound Collection Hole Sound enters in the sound collection hole.
B Volume Adjuster Adjust the volume.

1 – Minimum volume 4 – Maximum volume
C| On/Off Switch| “N” – “Power On”
“O” – “Power Off”
D| Battery Cartridge| “+” – positive electrode of battery “-“ – negative electrode of battery
E| Earphone| Sound leaves the device.
F| Earplug| Covers the earphone for comfortability.
G| Ear hook| Part of the device that fits over the ear.

Instructions for Use

1 Open battery compartment.
2 Line up the positive (+) side of the battery with the positive indicator on

the device.
3| Remove the positive indicator sticker on the battery, and place battery inside of battery tray.
4| Close the battery compartment.
5| Before first use, turn the power to off, “O” on the device, to keep the device from being too loud.
6| Place an earplug on the earphone. There are four different size earplugs to choose from.
7| Place the ear hook over the ear and plug earplug in tightly.
8| Turn on the power, “ N ” on the device.
9| Adjust the volume, between “1-4”, to receive a comfortable sound level. “1” is the minimum and “4” is the maximum sound amplification level.

10.  If you hear a whistling sound, make sure that you have pushed in the earplug securely or change to the larger size earplug.

Maintenance:

  • To clean, use a dry cloth to wipe off the outer parts of the unit.
  • Use the black brush to clean the earplugs.
  • Periodically, check the sound inlet and earplug hole to make sure they are not blocked by foreign objects

Troubleshooting

No Sound| Check that the device is on.

The “On/Off” switch is at “N”. See page 3.

Check that the volume is turned up to the appropriate level by moving the volume adjuster switch. See page 3.
Battery is installed with the “+” indicator of the battery towards the “+”indicator label on the device. See page 3.
Change the battery. See page 4.
Verify that the lead wire in the ear hook connects to the device and the earphone. See page 3.
Weak Sound| Change the battery. See page 4.
Verify that the earphone is not damaged. See page 3.

  • DO NOT USE
  • For users with tympanitis or ear pyogenesis.
  • At a high volume for an extended period or ear injury may occur.
  • If you feel discomfort due to sound.
  • Keep the product away from children and infants.
  • Avoid physical shock or dropping the amplifier.
  • Do not store or use in areas of high humidity or temperatures.
  • If device is stored for a long period, remove the battery to prevent damage from possible battery leakage.
  • Dispose of the battery properly, not in common trash.

NOTE: Hearing amplifier is NOT a hear-ing aid. Hearing amplifier should NOT be used for individuals with hearing impairments.
