SAFETY & WARNINGS

Warning!

Read and understand all instructions before use. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in serious injury.

  • DO NOT allow children to play with the LED Umbrella Light.
  • DO NOT mix new and old batteries. Replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix alkaline, standard (zinc-carbon) or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) batteries.
  • DO NOT use LED Umbrella Light if the power switch does not turn on or off.
  • Avoid direct exposure of LED light to eye, as injury to eye may occur. The LED lights are very bright.
  • Ensure the batteries are installed correctly, with correct polarity (+/-) placement. Check the markings on the batteries and the unit before installing.
  • Only use the LED Umbrella Light with an umbrella in its upright position.
  • Pole/Umbrella not included with this product.
  • Always turn off the LED Umbrella Light, allowing the light to cool completely, before removing the light from a pole/umbrella for maintenance or storage.
  • Before storing the LED Umbrella Light, remove the 4x AA batteries. Store the product out of reach of children, and in a dry location.
  • Batteries should not be disposed of with as general waste ­ do not throw batteries in bin. When disposing of old batteries, follow your local rules and regulations.
  • DO NOT INCINERATE ANY BATTERIES.

WARNING: The LED Umbrella Light may ONLY be used with an umbrella in the upright position. Pole / Umbrella not included.

Note:
The LEDS (28) included with the umbrella light are not replaceable.
Replacement parts (other than batteries) are not available for this LED umbrella light.

OVERVIEW

  1. Battery compartments with covers (x4)

INSTRUCTION

Before First Use
  • When unpacking check to make sure that the LED Umbrella Light is intact and undamaged.
  • Spring loaded pole clamps for umbrella poles or hanging brackets for use in a tent or gazebo. See 3 and 5 in Overview page.
Modes
  • 3 modes of operation:
    o 4 LEDs ON
    o 24 LEDs ON
    o 28 LEDs ON
Instructions
  1. Open the four battery compartments on the bottom of the Umbrella Light.

  2. Insert x4 new AA batteries (not included) in each battery compartment.
    Note: Ensure the batteries are installed correctly, with correct polarity (+/-) placement. Check the markings on the batteries and the unit before installing.

  3. Open the LED Umbrella Light by opening the lever on the side of the light and placing the light around an umbrella pole (sold separately) with the LED lights facing down.

  4. Close the Umbrella Light using the side lever. The Umbrella Light’s spring-loaded pole clamps will secure your light on the umbrella pole. You may also use the hanging brackets to secure it inside of a tent or gazebo.

  5. When ready to use the LED Umbrella Light, press the ON/OFF button on the side of the light. There are 3 light modes.

  6. When you are finished using the Umbrella Light, or if leaving the Umbrella Light unattended for an extended period of time, turn off the Umbrella Light by pressing the OFF button.

CLEANING & CARE

  1. Make sure LED Umbrella Light is OFF and batteries are removed before cleaning or storing.
  2. Clean exterior of the Umbrella Light with a lightly damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Do not use any harsh detergents, abrasives, solvents or cleaners to clean outside of Umbrella Light. Never immerse Umbrella Light in water to clean.
  4. Remove batteries from Umbrella Light. Store light in a cool, dry location.

Disposal

| This marking indicates that this appliance should not be disposed with other house-hold wastes. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources.
