OVERVIEW

Product Overview

OPERATION

Before Using Your Kettle

If you are using the kettle for the first time, it is recommended that you should clean your kettle before use by boiling the max capacity of water once and then discarding the water twice. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth.

The maximum capacity of this kettle is 0.6 litres.

Using Your Water Kettle

  1. To fill the kettle, remove it from the power base and fill with the desired amount of water, and then close the lid. The water level should not exceed MAX marks or sit below MIN level. Too little water will result in the kettle switching off before the water has boiled.
  2. Place the kettle on the power base and connect the power cord into an outlet. The base can be rotated by 360 degrees to facilitate the plug connecting with power outlet.
  3. Press the switch to “I” position, the indicator will light up the kettle will start to boil the water. The kettle will switch off automatically once the water has boiled. You may shut off the power by pressing the “0” position or lift the kettle from the base at any moment to stop boiling process. If necessary, you will have to wait 30 seconds before you press the switch again to re-boil water. Note: Ensure that switch is free of obstructions and the lid is firmly closed. The kettle will not turn off if the switch is constrained or if the lid is opened.
  4. Carefully remove the kettle from the base and then pour the water.
  5. The kettle will not re-boil until the switch is pressed again. The kettle may be stored on the power base when not in use.

Boil-Dry Protection

Should you accidentally let the kettle operate without water, the boil-dry protection will automatically switch off the power. If this occurs, allow the kettle to cool before filling with cold water.
