CHOOSE THE LOCATION :

The product is to be used outdoors 20ft away from your outdoor living space so insects can be drawn towards the zapper and away from your space. Built to be weatherproof, it can be placed on a hook outdoors to hang or can be placed on a table. Ensure the unit is 5-7ft off the ground for ideal placement.

INSTALLATION OPERATION:

Once the location has been determined, plug a compatible extension cord rated for outdoor use into a compatible electrical outlet. Next, plug the zapper into the other end of the extension cord. For best practice, install the unit just before the start of mosquito and flying insect season in your area and leave it in place until the end of the season.

The unit will turn ON simply by being plugged into the compatible electrical source.
For off-season storage , save the outer box, owner’s manual, and packing materials.
To clean the product , unplug the unit and carefully spray canned compressed air or use a hairdryer on a cool setting for any debris that happened to stay on the grid. Never use water or spray cleaners on the product.

IMPORTANT CORD & SAFETY INFORMATION

This product is for (household outdoor use only. The product is equipped with a 2-prong plug to fit the proper type of receptacles. To reduce the risk of electric shock, only plug into a properly installed outlet. Extension cords used with this product must be marked with suffix letters “W-A” and with a tag saying, “Suitable for Use with Outdoor Appliances.” Use only extension cords that have plugs and receptacles that match the product plug. Electrical rating must be as great as the electrical rating of the product. There are devices available for retaining a connection between an extension cord and a power supply cord. Check the product frequently to ensure debris and dead insects are not accumulating inside as it may contribute to fire. Do not bend the electrical grid and do not attempt to make repairs on the unit. Call our customer service department at 1-800-799-7302 for additional questions or assistance.

1.) Only use compatible outdoor-rated extension cords and outlets for this unit.
2.) Never carry the unit or unplug with the cord. Only unplug by pulling on the plug.
3.) Keep extension cords off of the ground and ensure the tight connection of cords.
4.) Store product indoors in original packing materials and out of reach of children.

CAUTION — Collected insects may be a fire hazard. Clean dead insects frequently.
CAUTION — Do not stick foreign objects, metal objects, or fingers into any part of the product.
CAUTION — Do not tamper with or modify the product.
CAUTION — High voltage, unplug product before cleaning and allow to sit for at least 45 minutes.
