Thankyou for choosing The PIC® Pest Free Living Insect Killer bulb. Please
read this owner’s manual carefully to ensure use of this product complies with
all safety regulations.
The PIC® Pest Free Living Insect Killer bulb is a dual-purpose bug zapper and
LED light designed to discreetly kill bugs on contact from most standard light
fixtures.
The product features UV light as well as a white LED light that illuminates
the area. The inner electric grid kills flying insects on contact. Easy to
clean catch tray slides outdo discard accumulating debris.
INSTALLATION:
- Turn the light switch OFF on the fixture you wish to install the product.
- Remove the existing bulb.
- Screw the product completely into the socket clockwise.
OPERATION:
The PIC® Pest Free Living Insect Killer bulb is designed for use with standard
household medium base (E26) light sockets and is controlled by using the
standard light switch already operating your light fixture. Additional
equipmentis not required.
The product has TWO operating modes —

UV and bug-zapping with a white LED light
-
UV and bug-zapping only
-
By flipping the switch ON, the bulb will operate in bug-zapping e mode with both the UV light and white LED light.

flipping the light switch OFF then ON after a slight delay, the bulb will operate in bug-zapping mode with the UV light only.
To turn the unit OFF, flip the electrical switch to the OFF position.
To REMOVE INSECTS from the product, remove the bulb from the socket and allow to sit for 45 minutes to fully release the charge from the zapper. To clean zapping grid gently spray compressed/canned air or use “cool” setting on hair dryer. Finally, grasp the catch tray tab and gently pull to remove. Discard debris.
NOTICE : Always operate the product with the catch tray inserted.

CAUTION -Collected insects may be a fire hazard. Clean dead insects from the
unit frequently.
WARNING – Skin or eye damage may result from directly viewing the light
produced by the lamp in this apparatus. Always disconnect power before
relamping or servicing.

OR ANY OTHER LIQUID AT UNIT WHILE IN
CAUTION – Do not allow children to insert bulb into socket.
CAUTION – Do not stick foreign objects, metal objects or fingers into the
unit.
CAUTION — Do not tamper with or modify unit.
CAUTION —Do not clean unit while in electrical socket.
CAUTION —Remove unit from electrical socket before cleaning.
CAUTION — Do not remove bulb while hot.
CAUTION —Before cleaning, allow bulb to sit for atleast 45 minutes to release
charge from electric grid.
CAUTION – Do not clean or spray the unit with water, cleaning spray, or any
other liquid.
CAUTION — Do not submerge uniting water or any liquid.
CAUTION —Keep out of contact with flammable items such as paperer clothing.
CAUTION — Do not use flammable liquids around unit.
CAUTION —Productids not compatible with HID lamps such as the lighting
apparatus, induction lamp, halogen lamp, which have the mechanism and the
electric circuit to adjust light.
CAUTION -Do not use in light with dimmable switch
CAUTION —Do not use if axioelectric grid is damaged or bent.
CAUTION —Use in a fixture installed by a qualified electrician.
CAUTION —Do not use in emergency exit fixtures.
CAUTION —Not for use in fully enclosed fixtures.
