Thank you for buying this Kogan product. Please read all safety instructions before using your smartwatch.

WARNING:

• Contact your physician before beginning any exercise regime, especially if you have any blood disease or circulation disorder. The measurement results of this product are for reference only and are not intended for any medical use or basis.
• If you are wearing a pacemaker or other implanted electronic devices, please consult your doctor before using the heart rate monitoring strap.
• The watch’s optical heart rate sensor glows green and flashes. If you suffer from epilepsy or are sensitive to blinking light sources, please consult your physician if you can wear this smartwatch.
• The device tracks your daily activities through sensors. This data is intended to tell you about your daily activities, such as steps, sleep, distance, heart rate and calories, but may not be completely accurate.
• The device, accessories, heart rate sensors, and other relevant data are designed for entertainment and fitness, not for medical purposes. They are not applicable to the diagnosis, monitoring, treatment, or prevention of any diseases or symptoms. The heart rate data is for reference only. The manufacturer is not responsible for any consequences caused by any data deviation.

Ensure the watch is charged for a minimum of 2 hours prior to first use.

Dust and water resistance

• The device is IP68 dust and water-resistant, supporting cold water showers and freshwater swimming, but not diving.

• The watch has no waterproof resistance from seawater/saltwater, acidic and alkaline solutions, chemical reagents, and other corrosive liquids. The damage or defects caused by misuse or improper use are not covered by the warranty.

• Do not use a watch under the strong pressure water.

• Do not use a watch when diving, snorkeling, or other sports in turbulent water.

• Please dry your hands or watchfully before operating.

• If the watch is exposed to water, please dry it fully with a soft cloth. If it is exposed to other liquids (such as saltwater, pool water, soapy water, oil, perfume, sunscreen, hand sanitizer) or chemicals (such as cosmetics), please wash it with clean water and dry it fully with a soft cloth. Failure to follow these instructions may cause damage to the watch, affecting its performance and appearance.

• If the watch is dropped or hit, the water/dust resistance functionality maybe

• Do not disassemble your watch. Doing so may negatively affect water/dust resistance

• Do not use watches in extremely high or low-temperature environments.

• Do not use blowers/dryers or other heated equipment to dry the watch.

• Do not wear in a sauna.

Caveat

Please follow the doctor’s instructions and measure the results of self- diagnosis and treatment. Users with blood circulation disorders and blood diseases should be treated under the guidance of a doctor. Cleaning and management of the watch

Follow the below points to ensure that the watch is operating normally and looks good. Otherwise, it may be damaged and cause skin irritation.

• Protect watch from dust, sweat, ink, oil, and chemical products (such as cosmetics, antibacterial sprays, hand sanitizers, detergents, and insecticides). Otherwise, the internal and external parts may be damaged or cause performance degradation. If the watch is stained with the above substances, please clean it with a lint-free soft cloth.
• When cleaning the watch, do not use soap, detergent, abrasive materials, compressed air, ultrasonic waves, or external heat sources. Otherwise, the watch may be damaged. Soap, detergent, hand sanitizer, or detergent residue may cause skin irritation.
• After exercising or sweating, please clean your wrist and strap. Use water to clean the watch and dip a small amount of alcohol to wipe, then dry it thoroughly.
• If the watch is stained or infiltrated with other objects, please use a wet soft toothbrush to clean it.

Allergy notice

• The watch contains nickel. If your skin is very sensitive or allergic to the materials on watch, please take necessary precautions.
  • Nickel: The watch contains a small amount of nickel. The content is lower than the reference value of European REACH regulations. You will not be exposed to the nickel in the watch and the device has passed the international certification test. However, if you are allergic to nickel, please use the watch with caution.

• All materials used on the watch comply with relevant inspection standards such as REACH and RoHS.

OVERVIEW

Product details

• Power on: When the watch is in the off state, press and hold the power key for five seconds to turn it on. The home screen of the watch will be displayed after booting.
• Touch screen operation: From the home screen, swipe to the right to the games list menu, then choose one to play.
• Wake up screen: When the watch screen is in the off state, you can press the power key to wake up the screen. If the Gesture control button is turned on in the APP, you can also wake up the screen by turning the wrist.
• Shutdown: Click the Setting icon, click System > Shut down, click to shut down.

OPERATION

Quick Introduction

• Home page
  Long press the main interface to enter the home page thumbnail. You can view it left and right, click touch to switch the home page.

• Swipe to the right
  Display games list: Jigsaw, 2048, Basketball.

• Swipe down
  Display settings options: Battery, Bluetooth, Date, Timer, Brightness, Settings, Do Not Disturb mode.

• Swipe up
  Storage information, Heart rate monitoring, Daily activity.

• Swipe to the left:
  Display the static icon list, click to enter the corresponding function, right stroke to return to the previous level.
  To change the clock display, long press on the middle screen while in clock mode, and set different clock interfaces.

Setting up phone app
Download and install the “Connect Gear” app from App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android).
Connecting iOS:
Open the “Connect Gear” app, “Add device” on the “Me” screen to search Bluetooth devices nearby, find the watch name from the list and pair it in- app. Once the watch is connected, it will be shown on the phone’s Bluetooth menu screen as below pictures.

Now the Bluetooth menu interface displays the watch connected successfully as the below picture shows.
Connecting Android: Open the “Connect Gear” app. Select the model watch, then click “Device” from the menu. The Device Connection screen will scan for available Bluetooth connections. Select the watch from the list. Click OK, then Pair to bind watch as below.

Synching data

Once paired with the app, press to sync data. Your watch data will be shown on the app accordingly.

Note:

Do not close the Bluetooth notification when you are clearing apps by background or closing background application software. It will affect the sync function between watch and phone if stopped.

Basic functions

Daily activity

Function introduction: The watch will display the user’s total number of steps on the day, walking distance, calories burned on the someday, and the data will be cleared at 0 o’clock (midnight) every day.

Operation instructions: The main interface slides left and right and clicks the motion data to switch to the step counter interface. After no operation for 3 seconds, the screen is automatically turned off.

Sports

In sports mode: the single-point function icon allows you to enter sports modes such as walking, running, riding, climbing, and basketball.

Heart rate

Function introduction: The watch will measure the user’s heart rate under the heart rote measurement interface. After the test is completed, the vibration will display the result. After no operation, the screen will automatically go out.
Operating instructions: To the left on the main interface and click the heart rate static icon to switch to the heart rate measurement interface. Once the interface is entered, the measurement will start. During the measurement, the interface value will be zero. After the measurement is completed, the value will be displayed. If the result cannot be detected, it will always be displayed. The display value is zero until standby.

Temperature

Function introduction: The watch will measure the user’s temperature under the temperature measurement interface. After the test is completed, the vibration will display the result. After no operation, the screen will automatically go out.

Operating instructions: Slide to the left on the main interface and click the temperature static icon to switch to the temperature measurement interface. Once the interface is entered, the measurement will start. The left data is for Body surface temperature. it is changed in real-time. The right data is for Body temperature, measuring 60s to complete the measurement During the measurement, the interface value will be shown “–.-“. After the measurement is completed, the value will be displayed.

During testing body temperature, environment temperature requires within I8-30°C.

Sleep

Function introduction: The watch will display the user’s sleep time the night before. (Sleep measurement time 21:30 – 12:00 next day)

Operation instructions: Slide the main interface left and right, click sleep to switch to the sleep interface, you can view the sleep time of the previous day.
Weather

After connecting with Connect Gear, the watch will show local weather.

Message

When connected to Bluetooth, notifications from your phone will be sent to your watch. (You need to open the push switch in the app in advance)

Music

After connecting with the Bluetooth, you can manipulate the Mobile to play music and adjust the volume, voice will come out from the mobile phone.

Timer

Swipe left on the main page and click the stop icon static icon to switch to the stopwatch interface. Click to start timing. During the timing, you can pause/start switching with a single touch. Slide the stopwatch function to the right of the stopwatch interface and return to the static function page.

Find phone

When you connect your phone, the phone vibrates and rings when you click the Find Phone icon.

Relax

Adjust your breathing and relax.

Setting

Language
Select the on-screen display language.

Screen display
Includes change dial, brightness, screen time, and turn wrist to wake settings.

Do not disturb mode

Vibration
Set vibration intensity.

System
Includes System version details, Shut down and Reset setting.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Battery life: Actual battery life and charging time will vary depending on usage, environment, and other variables.
• Water resistance: Not suitable for diving, swimming in the sea, or wearing in the sauna. But suitable for swimming in a swimming pool or in the shower (cold water).

TROUBLESHOOTING

Ensure Connect Gear app is updated to the latest version.
Try quitting all apps, reactivating the phone’s Bluetooth, and attempting to reconnect.
Confirm that system of the phone is either Android 5.1 or above; or iOS 10.0 or above.

The watch receives no alerts, text messages or phone calls|

You need to turn on the smart reminder function and the call reminder switch in the app, and then sync to the watch.

Ensure the watch remains connected to Bluetooth while in use. App notifications in your mobile’s settings should be turned on.

The watch cannot charge or turn on| It needs to be charged to activate when it is started for the first time. Plug the charging cable into any USB port or 5V adapter, and attach the other end of the cable to the backside of the watch face. Charging your device to 100% may take 2-3 hours.
How often to perform data backup|

The data of the watch should be synchronized at least once every 3 days to the mobile phone. The watch only keeps a record of the data from the last 2 days.

Syncing data from the watch to the app| The watch automatically synchronizes the data after pairing with your phone. Data includes steps, calories, distance, date and time, temperature, heart rate, and sleep data.

You can manually synchronize data by clicking the sync button, as shown in the bottom right corner of this image.

Bluetooth disconnects frequently|

A relatively long distance between the watch and the phone may cause Bluetooth disconnection. The effect of Bluetooth connection over 7 meters will be obviously weaker than when the phone and watch are in close proximity.

Shielding between the watch and the phone will affect the connection, and the human body and metal jewelry will interfere Bluetooth connection signal.

Please confirm that the Bluetooth function of the phone is normal.

What do the 2 different icons on the temperature monitor mean?|

The temperature on the left indicates the skin temperature, the temperature on the right indicates the temperature of the body.
