Setup
Pairing with a Bluetooth® device

Confirm that the device you’re going to use, smartphone/ tablet/computer, is Bluetooth® capable.

Activate the Bluetooth® function on your device.

Turn on the headset.

Pairing headset with your device.
• Press and hold the Multi-function button on the headset for more than 6s. The Headset’s LED will flash alternately red and blue, indicating the Headset is in pairing mode.
• On your device (smartphone/tablet/computer), navigate to the Bluetooth® function. Open the “Bluetooth” menu and choose “discover” or “add”.
• When “Zum Maestro USB/BT” appears on the Bluetooth® devices list, choose it to begin pairing. Sometimes, the PIN code “0000” is required.
• If pairing is successful, the LED will turn solid blue and the Zūm Maestro USB/BT icon will show on your device. You are now ready to make calls or listen to music. The next time you use your Headset, you won’t need to pair again: just click the icon to make connection. -
If pairing fails, please turn off the Headset, and repeat steps 3 and 4.

Zūm Maestro USB/BT Combo™ can pair with two devices simultaneously. If you want to pair the Headset with another device simultaneously, turn off Bluetooth® function on the first device and power the Headset off. Then repeat step 2, step 3, and step 4 with the second device. After pairing successfully, reactivate the Bluetooth® function on the first device you were paired with. Your Headset should now be paired with both devices.

If no device is paired with the Zūm Maestro USB/BT Combo™ within 120s, the Headset will shut down automatically to save power.

After pairing with Zūm Maestro USB/BT Combo™, you can rename it on your device.
Using the Headset in Bluetooth® mode

To Answer a Call
After your device has successfully paired with Zūm Maestro USB/BT Combo™, the Headset will ring when a call comes in; press the Multifunction button to answer the call. -
Hang up a Call
Press the Multifunction button to end a call. -
Microphone Mute
To mute the microphone during a call, press the MUTE button. When you press the MUTE button again, the microphone will be back on. -
Volume Adjustment
Press the Volume + key to increase the volume, press the Volume – Button to decrease it.
Pairing the Headset to the Base

With the Headset in pairing mode, press the Zūm Maestro USB/BT Combo™ pairing button on the Base Unit. The blue LED will flash, indicating the Base is in pairing mode. The headset will connect to the Base in 120s.
NOTE : If you want to have the headset paired to a Bluetooth® device in addition to the Base, please see page 2, Pairing With a Bluetooth® Device, #6. -
Connect the Base Unit to a computer using the USB cable.
Launch your VoIP app, such as Skype for Business, and choose Zūm Maestro USB/BT Combo™ as the audio device. This will allow you to use the Headset’s Multi-function button to answer/end calls. -
Charging
LED indicators: While the Headset is charging the red LED will be on. When the Headset is fully charged the LED will change to blue. If you take the Headset off the base, the Headset will go into standby mode, and will automatically
shut off to save power if pairing is cut off.

Spracht warrants its products against defects or malfunctions in material and workmanship under normal use and service, with the exceptions stated below. This warranty lasts for one year from the original date of purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
