A: Working status indicator – LED 1 & LED 2

  1. Power ON: solid red.
  2. Stand by: solid red.
  3. Charging: solid blue.
  4. Full charged: solid blue.
  5. FOD/Over current/Short circuit: red and blue flash alternately.
  6. Over voltage/Low voltage: flashing red.

B: Coil position indicator – LED 3

  1. Power ON: green Light on.
  2. Stand by: on green.
  3. Vibration sensing: the green flash once and then moves as long with coil when tracking.
  4. Wireless charging: green light off.
  5. Full charged: green light off.

How To Use

How To Use

  • Wireless charger
  • Charge your wireless transmitter via provided Type C charging cable and USB adapter/laptop.
  • Hybrid wireless charger is ready for your mobile device.

How To Use

Charge mobile device from Hybrid wireless charger

  • When placing your mobile device on the product, please raise the mobile phone slightly about 3mm (at least) to fall naturally, so that the product can sense the vibration, to start the automatic position function. When the green LED light in the center of the coil flashes, the automatic search function is started (The mobile device used must be capable of wireless charging, or the product may trigger an FOD status).

  • Please try to place the mobile phone in the middle area of the product where is available sensing area, at least 3.45cm away from the edge, otherwise your mobile will not be detected.
    How To Use

  • When the product is powered on and not being used, please do not place anything on the product or hit/impact to the product in order to avoid trigger the automatic search/detected function of the product, because it will reduce the service life of the product motor

  • When not in use, please try to unplug the power supply, do not keep the product in standby state.

When your Hybrid wireless charger working improperly:

  • Clean the clutters on the wireless charger.
  • Please confirm whether your phone is placed too far from center (the sensing area of product is at least 3.45cm away from the edge).
  • When the wireless charger is over-heating, take your mobile device away from your wireless charger. The wireless charger will stop charging automatically when over-heating. Please try charging again after the wireless charger cooled down.

Remarks

  • In order to achieve the best performance, the charging USB adapter you used should meet with QC2.0/QC3.0/QC4.0 protocol.
  • The Type C charging cable you used should be the data cable, not the charging function only.
  • It’s normal that this charger and your smart phone will get heat up under operating conditions, especially when the phone charging and using at the same time (such as playing music).
  • Do not place metal objects on the product when it is powered on
  • Do not works with 5V2A or lower power input for safety concern.

  10. To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is required when the product is used near children.
  11. Ensure that qualified service professionals use only identical replacement parts to ensure product safety.
