WHAT’S INCLUDED

POWER ON AND PAIRING

1. Before Using
   Please charge your TS100 before use. Simply take the earbuds out of the charging case and insert them into your ears. The earbuds will automatically power on and become ready to pair to your device.
   The TS100 earbuds are rated IPX6 Waterproof which means that the earbuds can resist high-pressure water sprays however they shouldn’t be submerged underwater for a long period of time.

2. Wear Earbuds
   Both earbuds are marked with an L or R to indicate the appropriate ear side; earbuds are differently angled to fit either the left or the right ear. The proper fit will ensure the best sound quality. Insert the earbud into your ear and rotate slightly clockwise (as shown in the image below); adjust for comfort.

3. Power On and Pairing
   TB100 earbuds will automatically turn on whenever removed from the charging case.
   A. “Power on” prompt will be heard through the earbud within the first few seconds of wearing.
   B. “Please pair to your device ” prompt will be heard through the earbud if the previously paired device is not found.
   C. Turn on Bluetooth on your device
   a. Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
   

b. Turn on Bluetooth.

c. Scan for and select “iLuv TS100”.

d. Wait for successful pairing

LISTENING TO MUSIC

Once paired, open a music app on your device to Play/Pause music, adjust Volume Up/Down, and Track Next/Previous. You can Play/Pause your music by simply touching
the touch area of either earbud once; a sound prompt “Du” will be heard from both earbuds. You can adjust the Volume Up/Down by touching and holding the touch area of the earbuds. The Right earbud will adjust the Volume Up and the Left earbud will adjust the Volume Down; a sound prompt “Du..du..du..” will be heard from both earbuds. You can skip tracks by double touching the touch area of the earbuds. The Right earbud will skip to the next track and the Left earbud will skip to the previous track; a sound prompt “Du” will be heard from both earbuds.

Please follow the instructions below to answer/hang up/ reject calls.

SIRI & GOOGLE ASSISTANT VOICE CONTROL

To activate Siri with the TS100, triple touch the touch area of either the Right or Left earbud; a sound prompt “Du” will be heard from both earbuds.
Note: Availability of Google Assistant voice control features will vary by different Android Phone models. The touch area is located directly in the center of the earbud.

CHARGING

1. To charge your earbuds
   Place both earbuds into the charging case whenever not using; Make sure to keep the lid closed.

2. To charge your case
   With the provided micro USB cable, plug the micro USB port into the charging port located on the backside of the charging case. Then plug the USB side of the Micro USB  Cable into a standard USB charger or port.

3. Checking the Battery Level

A. Earbuds

• Earbud LEDs will indicate charge status while being charged in the case

• When fully charged, earbud LEDs will be turned off
  B. Charging case

• LED will indicate the battery level of the case whenever connected to a charger

• All LEDs will be lit when charging is complete

• LED will display the battery level of the case for 4 seconds when the earbuds are placed back in the case

BATTERY LIFE

The TS100 earbuds will provide a playtime of 20 hours. Get up to 8 hours on a single charge and an additional 12 hours from the included charging case. For a quick charge, place both earbuds back into the charging case for 20 minutes and get 2 hours of listening time.

POWER ON/OFF

1. Power On the Earbuds
   The earbuds will automatically power on and connect to the previously paired device whenever taken out of the charging case.
   To power on the earbuds without the charging case, hold the touch area of both earbuds for 2 seconds until a “Power on” prompt is heard.

2. To power off the earbuds, place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid. Please hold the touch area of either earbud for 5 seconds to power off the earbuds without the charging case; a ” Power off ” prompt will be heard. Please make sure that all music/audio is paused before powering off.

3. Auto power off
   To conserve battery, the earbuds will automatically power off when it’s out of range from your device for more than 5 minute s.
   

**TROUBLESHOOTING

**

Place both earbuds into the charging case and leave the lid closed; take earbuds out of the charging case after 15 seconds. This simple trick will resolve most problems which include but aren’t limited to L/R channel disconnection or pairing/connectivity issues with devices.

FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

1. How can I power on/off the TS100?
   The earbuds will automatically power on when removed from the charging case and power off when placed back into the charging case. Whenever the charging case isn’t near the earbuds, hold the touch area of both earbuds for 2s to Power on and hold the touch area of either earbud for 5s to Power off.

2. How can I play/pause music or receive calls?
   Simply touch the touch area of either earbud to Play/ Pause music. Double touch either earbud to receive phone calls.

3. How can I control the volume of the music or call?
   Touch and hold the touch area of the Right/Left earbud to turn Up/Down the volume.

4. What will affect the total playtime?
   Playtime will vary by the volume level, type of audio, and connection status.

TROUBLESHOOTING : When the battery is completely drained while not in use for a long period of time, try charging it a few times as it will resume its normal charging process. Restart the charging process if the charging indicator does not respond or is turned off after a few minutes.
