Product Usage Instructions

Setup

1. Remove the 2-in-1 Tummy Time & Seated SupportTM from the packaging.
2. Identify the different components: Floor mat, Stacking straps, Foot pad, Toys, etc.

Tummy Time Play

1. Place the Lower Cushion on the floor mat for tummy time play.
2. Ensure the baby is placed in the center of the lower cushion.
3. Do not leave the baby unattended during tummy time.

Seated Support

1. Attach the Stacking Straps to the Upper Cushion for seated support.
2. Ensure the baby has full head control and core body strength before using for seated support.
3. Do not place the product in a crib or playpen.

Toy Attachment

1. Attach toys to the product as desired by looping and securing through the Upper Cushion..

SUFFOCATION HAZARD: NEVER place this product in a crib or playpen, or allow an infant to sleep on this product.• Strings can cause strangulation. NEVER attach additional strings, cords, or straps. FALL HAZARD: NEVER use this product on any elevated surface such as a sofa, table, countertop or chair.

• NEVER lift or carry baby in product.
• For beginning sitters, stay within arm’s reach of your child at all times.
• Use only on a level surface.
• Make sure all straps are secure before using as a positioner.
  • Adult supervision is required at all times while using this product. Never leave baby unattended.
  • Keep away from fire and strong heat sources.
  • For low birthweight babies and children with medical conditions, seek advice from a health professional before using the product

HOW TO USE

How to set up your 2-in-1 tummy time & seated supportTM as a tummy time pillow

IMPORTANT! NEVER place this product in a crib or playpen, or allow an infant to sleep on this product. ALWAYS take care to ensure that baby has a clear airway and is closely supervised during tummy time.

1. Remove your 2-in-1 tummy time & seated support™ from the box/bag.

2. The Stacking Straps on the Upper Cushion can be attached to the hook and loop fasteners while not being used. The Foot Pad Strap must NOT be fastened.

3. The Lower Cushion is used for Tummy Time play. The Floor mat provides a more comfortable surface between baby and the floor during Tummy Time.

4. Attach Toys, as desired, by looping and securing through the Upper Cushion Toy Loops or Lower Cushion Toy Loops. We recommend a toy on the Upper Cushion Toy Loop to encourage baby’s activity.

5. Place baby in the center of the Lower Cushion, on baby’s upper chest. ALWAYS take care to ensure that baby has a clear airway and is closely supervised during tummy time.

How to set up your 2-in-1 tummy time & seated support TM as a seat positioner:

IMPORTANT! Baby must have full head control and enough core body strength to maintain a sitting position with light support. This is typically achieved close to 4 months of age. NEVER place this product in a crib or playpen, or allow an infant to sleep on this product.

1. Remove your 2-in-1 tummy time & seated support™ from the box/bag.

2. Locate the Stacking Straps on the underside of the Upper Cushion. Loop the 2 Stacking Straps through the Stacking Strap Loops on the Lower Cushion and attach hook and loop fasteners securely.

3. Locate the Foot Pad Strap, and loop it through the Foot Pad Loop. Attach hook and loop fasteners securely.
   

4. Attach Toys as desired by looping and securing through the Upper Cushion Toy Loops.
