Instructions

1. Description of power on

2. Power on: at the power-off state, hold down the key for 3 seconds and The device powers on. The blue light flashes and the green light is on.

3. Power off: at the power-on state, hold down the key for 3 seconds and The device powers off and the light goes out.
   Note: When the battery voltage is tested to drop to 3.5V, it powers off after The green light and blue light flash quickly for 10 seconds.
