HOW TO USE
INSTALLING BATTERIES
- The device uses 2 AAA batteries to operate.
- Open the cover on the back of the device.
- Insert the batteries and mind their polarity.
- Close the cover.
APP DOWNLOAD
When using this device, you need to connect it after downloading the app on
the mobile phone to calculate and keep track of your body values.
Download method 1 : Go to the page www.tookok.cn
on your smartphone and click on the “app” icon at the bottom of the page.
Download method 2 : You can scan for the app via QR code.
Choose the “international” interface and select the iOS or Android app version (depends on your phone’s operating system) to download.
CONNECTING THE APP
- Open the downloaded and installed app “OKOK”.
- You need to register to use all features of the scale.
- Click on the “Join Us” button and enter the required information.
- For pairing your phone app with your digital scale, turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
- Click on the scale icon at the bottom of the app interface and then click on “Add device”.
- Step on the scale lightly to turn on the device. The device will automatically pair with your phone via Bluetooth.
- Enter the nickname for the scale.
- Now, when you step on the scale, the app will immediately synchronize the scale data with entered information and calculate your body values.
- From now on, any time you want to log in to the app, simply enter your email address and password.
APP BODY VALUES
Based on your entered information and scale measurements, the app automatically calculates various body values.
O WEIGHT
Weight is an important health index. Obvious changes in a short time need to be given attention.
O BMI
The Body Mass Index (BMI), defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height, is a quantification for categorizing human weight and health status.
O FAT
Fat percentage is the total mass of fat divided by total body mass. In terms of BMI, fat percentage gives us a more accurate distinction between muscle, fat and bones, and makes it easier to establish if someone is overweight.
O MUSCLE

Body age is calculated from basal metabolism. The basal metabolism accounts for your total weight, body fat rate, muscle rate, and other indices. So the body age is the criterion for judging the condition of your body.
O LBM
Lean body weight (LBM) is the weight of the body composition except for the fat. Muscle is one of the main parts of the lean body weight.
USAGE TIPS
- By clicking on the “Trend” icon at the bottom of your phone app, you can keep track of your weight, BMI, fat, or muscle percentage progress based on the history of your measurements.
- By clicking on the “Device” icon, you can see all devices paired with your phone in the OKOK app.
- By clicking on the “Me” icon, you can change your basic information or add other family members. The app will keep track of their measurements separately.
- By clicking on the settings icon at the top right of the page, you can change the account and unit settings, add a weighing reminder, or log out of the app.
- Step barefoot on the scale and keep full contact with the scale surface to get accurate measurements.
- For the most accurate results, pair the scale with your phone directly after weighing.
- Remain motionless and stand evenly on both feet while weighing.
- When the scale is turned on, the display shows your weight, the air temperature, and the battery level.
- To change the weight unit from kg to lb, press the button on the back of the scale.
WARNINGS
- Do not use if you have a pacemaker or any other internal medical device.
- Not intended for use by children under the age of 10.
- The device should not be used to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Always consult your physician to determine what is ideal for you.
- Do not use the device on a wet floor or with wet feet, for the risk of slipping and falling.
- Do not jump on the device.
- Always use the device on a hard and flat surface.
- Don’t submerge the device or use high pressure water jets to clean it. Wipe down the surface of the scale with a damp cloth using water only.
- Don’t disassemble or modify in any way.
WARRANTY
The warranty is valid for 24 months. You can claim it from DFVU d.o.o., Liparjeva 6a, 1234 Mengeš, Slovenia, for a replacement product or a refund. Send us your order number and purchase date in the email, which is available by clicking on our logo in the bottom right corner. The product has a lifetime of 24 months from the date of collection.
