Quick Start Guide

WARNING: This Quick Reference Guide is NOT a substitute for reading the owners manual. To reduce the risk of injury or death, user must read and understand operator’s manual before using this product.

BEFORE STARTING

Install handle to the frame.| Attach mounting foot with
M8 nut.| Attach lower holder using provided bolt, washers, and nut.

Attach the upper holder using existing hardware and provided push rivet.| Install spray lance and high-pressure hose. Hand tightens only.| Add oil with provided 4-stroke engine oil.

Add gasoline. Gasoline level should NOT be higher than filler neck. DO NOT use fuel with more than 10% Ethanol.| Connect the high-pressure hose to the high pressure outlet on the pump.| Run water for 30 seconds to ensure garden hose is free of debris. Turn off water. Connect garden hose to water inlet. Never use a hose longer than 50ft. Make sure inlet screen is installed properly and free of debris. Always turn water on before starting the pressure washer.

Squeeze trigger to allow air to bleed out.| Insert high-pressure nozzle tip appropriate for your
application.| Add detergent to soap tank. Only use detergent designed for pressure washer use.

HOW TO START

Connect garden hose to water supply and turn on water. Water supply must have a minimum flow of 3.5 gallons per minute.| Turn power switch ON.| Set choke lever to CHOKE position.

Turn fuel valve ON.| Pull the recoil handle until the engine starts.
If it takes more than one pull make sure to depress the trigger on the gun between pulls to reduce pressure buildup.| As the engine starts and stabilizes, gradually move the choke lever back to the RUN position.

HOW TO STOP

Lock Spray gun trigger.| Turn power switch OFF.| Turn fuel valve OFF.

Turn water supply OFF.| Squeeze trigger to allow air to bleed out.| Complete After Each Use steps and consult owners manual for proper storage procedure.

AFTER EACH USE

  1. Lock the spray gun trigger.
  2. Turn the engine OFF, turn the fuel valve OFF, then turn the water supply OFF.
  3. Disengage the trigger lock and depress the trigger for 15 seconds to depressurize the system.
  4. Let the pressure washer cool down.
  5. Disconnect the hoses and drain.
  6. Engage the trigger lock on the spray gun.
  7. Wipe off all remaining water with a clean, dry rag.
  8. Disconnect the spark plug wire then pull the recoil handle 5 – 6 times to remove water from inside the pump.
  9. Store the pressure washer in a clean, dry place.

widest spray pattern.| For delicate rinse & gentle cleaning of cars/trucks, boats, RV’s patio furniture, lawn equipment, etc.
| Soap Nozzle (BLACK) NOTE: Only use pressure
washer safe soap.| Use to apply soap to cleaning surfaces in order to provide a
thorough cleaning.

IMPORTANT
You must properly winterize unit before storing in cold temperatures.FAILURE TO PERFORM THESE STEPS WILL VOID WARRANTY.

  1. Follow all steps in After Each Use.
  2. Drain all gasoline from the fuel tank as best as possible.
  3. Disconnect the spark plug wire.
  4. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, add RV (non-toxic) antifreeze or similar pump-protection specifically made for pressure washers.
  5. Store the pressure washer in a clean, dry place.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

Following the maintenance schedule is important to keep the pressure washer in good operating condition. The following is a summary of maintenance items by periodic maintenance intervals. Refer to the Maintenance section in the Owners Manual to find out how to properly perform maintenance.
