Use

Start

  1. Push the Hold switch (11) to Off to unlock the CD players buttons. Connect the power cable to a USB adapter to charge. Insert 2x AA batteries to use as backup batteries (optional).
  2. Press the Open button on the side of the CD player to open the lid and insert a CD.
  3. f you want to use headphones or an external speaker, connect the device via the headphone connection.
  4. Press the Power button (8) to turn on the CD player. The CD will start automatically. Press the Play/pause button (5) to pause.
  5. Adjust the listening volume with the buttons Volume- and Volume + (6, 10).

Functions

Navigating between tracks
Press the Previous track or Next track button (7, 9) to move between tracks. Press and hold the Next track button (9) to fast forward the track. Press and hold the Previous track button (7) to play the track at a slower speed.

Play, pause and stop
Press the Play/pause button (5) to pause the CD. Press again to continue to play the track. Press the Stop button (1) to stop the current track. When pressing the Play/pause button the CD player plays the first track on the album. If you do not press play, the CD player turns off 60 seconds after pressing the Stop button.

Programming track order
It is possible to program up to 20 titles on a CD or MP3 CD in a order you desire. To
do this, press the Mode button when the CD has stopped. The display briefly shows
“P-01”, followed by “001” flashing. This indicates that you can choose the first track to be programmed. Press Backward or Forward to select a track and press Program to confirm and move on to the next track. Press Play/pause to start the playback when you are done.

Playback modes
Press the Mode button (2) repeatedly to select one of the following modes with corre-sponding indicator showing on the display.

  • 1 – repeats current track
  • ALL – repeats the whole CD
  • INTRO – plays the first 10 seconds of each track
  • SHUF – plays tracks in a random order

To return to normal playback, press the Mode button (2) repeatedly until the mode feature indication disappears.

EQ sound effect
Press the EQ sound effect button (3) repeatedly to select a sound effect. The display shows: BBS – POP – JAZZ – ROCK – CLASSIC – ORIGIN.

A-b repeat function
With the A-b repeat button (4) you can select a specific section of a song or audiobook to be repeated. Press the button once and an A appears on the display. This is where the section starts. Press again where you want to end the section. The display shows “A-b”. The CD-player then repeats the selected part of the track.

Troubleshooting

The CD player is not working
Make sure the CD player is charged. Make sure the Hold switch b utton is in Off position.
The CD player cannot play the CD
Make sure the CD is:

  • Placed with the labeled side up.
  • Not scratched or has dirt on it.
  • In the correct format.

Safety information

Use only the supported CD formats. The laser can be damaged if using others.
Do not use damaged CDs. This may damage the laser.
To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods.
Depleted batteries should be removed and replaced by a similar kind. Dispose batteries according to local regulations.
