SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before use!
Please retain for future reference.
- Designed for 110-230 V, 50-60 Hz wall sockets.
- The wall socket tester must not be left plugged into a live plug for longer than two minutes otherwise it may be damaged.
- The wall socket tester must be in a horizontal position whilst in use.
- Check that the tester is in good condition before using it. If it exhibits visible signs of damage or if you find any other fault, or if it has been dropped or exposed to impacts, it must not be used.
- The wall socket tester cannot be repaired by the user.
- Check the function of the wall socket tester by connecting it to a live wall socket and verify that the indicator lamps show the correct information.
- This wall socket tester cannot indicate whether the neutral and earth wires have been switched.
- Residual current devices can only be tested if the wiring has been done correctly. Once this has been ascertained, press the button once. If the voltage cuts off immediately, the residual current device is working correctly. If not, the residual current device is not working correctly.
- Contact voltage during residual current device test: 50 VAC
- Do not use in damp conditions.
- If you detect a fault, contact a qualified electrician for assistance.
DESCRIPTION
- For safety testing wall sockets. Compliant with the requirements of SS-EN61010/
- Clear indicator lamps show whether the electrical installation has been correctly implemented.
- The wall socket tester has three indicator lamps, LEDs marked PE, Land N.
- PE= earth, L = phase, N = neutral.
