SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!
Save these instructions for future reference.
IMPORTANT! Failure to follow all the instructions and safety instructions can result in the risk of serious personal injury.
- The maximum load capacity is 30 kg. Do not overload the product.
- Place the product on a level, stable surface. Check that the product is free of cracks and other damage before use, that all parts are fitted correctly and that all bolted joints are tightened properly. Leave sufficient space around the product.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the product when it is in use.
- Do not sit or lean against the bike when it is mounted on the stand – risk of serious personal injury and/or material damage.
- Keep the product dry and clean. Do not use solvent to clean the product.
- Never use the product for anything other than the purpose it was designed for.
- Make sure that no wires, cables, etc. fasten in the parts of the product – risk of material damage.
- Be careful when attaching bikes with light alloy, carbon fiber, or similar frames, to prevent damaging the frame.

INSTALLATION
Place the product on a level, stable surface and fold out the stand (B). Loosen the locking handle (D), if necessary, and tighten when the legs are fully extended. Fold out the feet (E) so that they rest flat on the ground. insert the post (G) in the stand (B) and lock with clamp (A) as illustrated. Tighten the locking handles with your fingers. Fit the tool tray (C) at a suitable height using the supplied screws and Allen key. Use of the locking rod for the steering is described on the next page. The product’s feet have pre-drilled holes for anchoring to the floor. Use suitable fastening hardware for anchoring. Only place the product on a level, stable surface.
USE
ATTACHING THE BIKE

- Place the product on a level, stable surface.
- You needed to be 2 to make a height adjustment.
- Ensure that at least 7.5 cm of the arm protrudes from behind the bracket on the post (fig. 1, A).
- If the arm is pulled out further the stand can tip over.
- Do not pull the post up beyond the marking, the stand can tip over.
- Always make sure the bike is stable after fastening.
Follow the instructions below to attach the bike.
- Attach the bike in the clamp on the arm before the post is pulled up. Place the clamp at the bike’s center of gravity, irrespective of where on the bike you intend to work (fig. 2, 3). Rotate the arm with clamp (fig. 1, A) to the required position. Tighten the clamp’s locking handle firmly. Hang the bike in the clamp and tighten the clamp with the locking handle. Check that both locking handles are tightened properly.
- Set the height you want. The height adjustment should be made by 2 persons, otherwise there is a risk of personal injury.
Loosen the locking handle (fig. 1, D) if necessary and pull up the post to a suitable height. Tighten the locking handle (D) firmly.
LOCKING ROD FOR THE HANDLEBARS
The locking rod (F) is used to stabilize the front wheel while working. Attach the strap firmly around the handlebars at one end. Attach the other end of the strap around the post (fig. 3). Adapt the length of the locking rod by unscrewing the locking handle and sliding the rod in or out to a suitable length.
Watch out for wires, cables and fingers – risk of crush injuries.
