INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
for RZ22-20001 RZR Pro R/ Turbo R Pull Plate
REV A – 08/14/23
Tools Required:
- 21mm socket
- 21mmOpen End Wrench
COMPATIBILITY:
2022+RZR Pro R
2022+RZR Turbo R
- Raise the vehicle until the tires are just slightly off the ground. Make sure the vehicle is secure before moving forward with installation.
- Remove all 4 nuts and bolts that hold the stock Pull Plate to the frame. If installing on a Turbo R, you must remove the rear fascia first. TIP: There is an open slot at the bottom of the frame that will allow an open end wrench to get to the nuts on the back of the frame.
- Install the new Fastlab Pull Plate by sliding a bolt through the pull plate and radius rod then into the frame. Move the tires around if you need to align it to the frame. Put a nut onto each bolt once you get it through to make sure it does not back out. For Turbo Rmodels, transfer the upper bushing heat shield to the Fastlab Pull Plate. Torque all bolts to factory spec.
