USE
Functions, remote controlled socket
- Simple installation no connections.
- Self-programming – 67 million codes.
- Two memory settings.
- Green diode (4) indicates ON and programing mode.
REMOTE CONTROL AND REMOTE CONTROLLED SOCKET WITH ON/OFF FUNCTION
Remote control
ON (1) – Receiver (On)
OFF (2) – Switching off (Off)
GROUP (3) – All on or all off simu ltaneously.
Switch on/off the light
- Press the ON button on the remote contro l to switch on the lig ht.
- Press the OFF button to switch off the light.
NOTE: The receiver and remote control are not programmed on delivery. In order to control the receiver you must first synchronise the remote control and receiver.
INSTALLATION
Remote controlled socket
- Connect the receiver to a power source.
- Connect a lamp (figure 1) to the receiver.
Remote control
- The remote cont rol works at up to a distance of 30 metres (with clear view).
- It has three channels and a group function.
Synchronisation between remote control and receiver
- Start by programming the remote control for the receiver.
- Start the receiver (figure 1).
- Place the remote cont rol near the receiver, and press the programing button (5) for three seconds on the receiver (figure 2) until the diode on the receiver flashes slowly.
- Press the ON button on the remote control.
- Repeat the procedure to program additional receivers.
Remove individual codes
- Press the programing button for three seconds until the LED flashes slowly (figure 2).
- Press the OFF button on the remote control to remove the programmed code.
The receiver has two memory settings.
Self-programming receivers have two memory settings. It can be prog rammed for
special effects to suit preferences. It can be programmed to switch on once,
or to switch on and off in different combinations. Th is means that a receiver
can be programmed for a maximum of two different combinations.
Example: Suppose there are three receivers, where receiver 1 controls a
table lamp, receiver 2 controls the night lighting and receiver 3 controls the
ceiling lighting.
- Receivers 1, 2 and 3 can be controlled individually, with the remote control buttons 1, 2 and 3.
- Receivers 1 and 3 can be programmed with remote control button 1, table lamp and cei ling lighting on/off simultaneously.
- Receivers 1, 2 and 3 can also be programmed for the group function, i.e. all on or off simultaneously (table lamp, night lighting and ceiling lighting on or off simultaneously).
NOTE: Do not prog ram an on/off receiver and a dimmer receiver to the
same remote control button.
It is also recommended to only program one dimmer receiver to each remote
control button.
WARNING: Do not place two receivers too close to each other. There should be at least one metre between two receivers.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The system does not work
– Check the battery in the remote control (transmitter) .
– Check the code programming.
– Delete old codes in the receiver and enter new code.
