SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Designed for indoor and outdoor use.
- If using the product outdoors, only use light sources approved for outdoor use.
- Ensure that all lamp holders are fitted with a lamp.
- Do not interconnect parts of this lighting chain with parts of another manufacturer’s lighting chain.
- Do not connect the product to the mains power supply while the product is still in the pack.
- Disconnect the power supply before installation.
- Do not insert or remove the light source when the product is connected to the main supply.
- Check that the bulb socket has a light source before switching on the main power supply.
- The product must be connected to a power outlet fitted with a residual current device.
- If using the product outdoors, only use an extension cord approved for outdoor use.
- Check that no light sources are damaged. Damaged light sources must be replaced immediately.
- The product must be placed so that the distance to the closest object is at least 10 cm.
- Do not immerse the product in water.
- Make sure that the product is dry, when replacing light sources, etc.
- Keep the lamps at least s meters from swimming pools, ponds or the like.
- No part of the product, except the light sources, can be replaced or repaired. The whole product must be discarded if any part is damaged.
- Do not use sharp or pointed objects during assembly.
- Do not subject the power cord or wires to mechanical stress. Do not hang objects on the string light.
- Strings of lights longer than 7 metres must be fitted with steel hanger wires or another type of support, such as hooks or cable ties.
- Lamp sockets must be positioned so that the lamps face downwards.
- Do not place the lamps in clusters.
- The product is not intended for installation in the suspended ceilings, cabinets or other enclosed areas.
- Do not fasten the product to underlying surfaces using nails, staples or similarly hard objects made of electrically conductive material. Take care of the cable.
- Make sure not to damage the cable insulation or lamp sockets during installation.
- This is not a toy. Be careful if using the product near children.
- The product is not intended to be used as general lighting.
- The product must be checked at regular periods to discover any possible wear at an early stage.
- Recycle products that have reached the end of their useful life according to local regulations.
WARNING!
- Do not conned more than two lamp holder chains together, to avoid power overload. Total max. load of two chains connected must not exceed 1200 watt. Interconnection shall be made only by the use of the supplied connectors. Any open ends must be sealedoff before use.
- The string of lights may only be used if all seals are fitted correctly.
- Risk of electric shock if lamps are broken or missing. Do not use.

INSTALLATION
- Remove the string of lights from the packaging.
- Place the string of lights in the required location. Hang up the string of lights with hooks or cable ties, which are attached in the eye on the outside of the socket.
- Screw in the light sources (sold separately). The lamps are screwed tightly into the lamp bases to prevent liquid from penetrating into the lamp sockets.
- Plug the plug into the main power supply.
