Product Overview

LED1:
Power Indicator: The power indicator will be on blue for 3 seconds when the power switch has been turned on.

LED1/LED2/LED3:

  1. Bluetooth Status Indicator: Blue light for pairing mode and switching channel.
  2. Caps Lock Indicator: The caps lock indicator will be on blue when caps lock is activated.

LED4:

  1. Low Battery Indicator: Red light will flash when the battery running low.
  2. Charging Indicator: Red light will turn on when the keyboard is charging and turns off once fully charged.

Specify a keyboard type on Mac:

  1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Keyboard.
  2. Click Change Keyboard Type, then follow the onscreen instructions.

Pairing

  1. Turn on the keyboard.

  2. Press “Fn + BT ” for one second to switch to the channel, and Press “Fn + BT” for 3-5 seconds, or until LED start flashing blue to enter pairing mode.

  3. Verify your device’s Bluetooth settings being enabled. Select Settings- Bluetooth- On.

  4. Select “OMOTON Keyboard” from your device’s list of available devices to complete pairing.

  5. The blue indicator will turn off after successfully paired. This product has three independent bluetooth channels. Press and hold Fn+BT2 or Fn+BT3 to enter pairing mode and repeat the steps above for pairing the keyboard to another device.

How To Switch Bluetooth Channels (Take BT2 Channel for example)

  1. All channels paired, press “FN+BT2′ button for one seconds to switch between paired devices.
  2. The BT2 will lights up for 3 Seconds. and then lights off if the device is already connected to the keyboard.
  3. If the paired device is not connected to the keyboard. the LED light will be on and go into repairing mode as the steps above.
  4. Each ‘Br button is connected to an independent pairing channel.

Power Saving Mode

The keyboard will enter sleep mode after 30 minutes of inactivity. To activate it. press any key and wait for 3 seconds.

Charging

  1. Use the included USB cable for charging. Connect one end to USB charger (not included), and the other to the keyboard.
  2. In charging. the power indicator will turn red. Generally, it takes approximately 2-3 hours for a full charge or until the red turns off.
    NOTE: You can use the keyboard while charging. But we don’t suggest such operation as to a certain extent, the built-in battery will be damaged.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot connect the Bluetooth keyboard to your device. or if the keyboard is not working. please try the following:

  1. Ensure your device has Bluetooth and Bluetooth is enabled.
  2. Delete the pairing name on the Bluetooth settings. Restart the device and try to pair again.
  3. Cancel the Bluetooth connection with other devices, and try to pair again.
  4. Check to see if the Bluetooth software has been updated recently. If it hasn’t, update the software and try to pair again.
  5. Make sure the Bluetooth keyboard is within 33ft (10m) of your device.
