Note: The language of the device settings and the hardware keyboard should be the same as the keyboard language.
Pairing
Keyboard
Step 1. Turn on the keyboard. The power indicator will turn on for about
4 seconds, and then the light will turn off.
Step 2. Press “Connect” for 2-3 seconds. The pairing indicator will flash
for Bluetooth pairing.
Step3. Enable Bluetooth on your device. Set it into a searching and
pairing state.
Step4. Select “Bluetooth Keyboard” and click it to begin pairing. The
Bluetooth indicator will turn off when the pairing is completed.
Mouse
Step 1. Switch the ON/OFF to “ON” to enable the Mouse.
Step 2. Automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Once “Bluetooth 5.2
Mouse” appears on your device, select it to begin pairing.

Step 1. Press this button to turn on the backlight.
Step 2. Switch from sustained lighting mode to breathing mode.
Step 3. Press this button again to turn off the backlight.
Change the backlight colors (7 colors)
Note: The backlight will automatically turn off when the battery power is
lower than 20%

Switching DPI
The default DPI for the mouse is 1600. By pressing the DPI button, you can
switch the DPI levels to 800DPI. 1200DPI and 1600DP1.

Q: Can I switch between devices?
A: You can not connect two devices at the same time. Please disconnect
one and connect to another when you switch devices.
Q: For the keyboard and mouse combo, several number keys and letter keys
move the cursor of my mouse instead of creating characters, how do l get the
iPad to recognize the keyboard accurately?
A: Go to Settings- Accessibility- Touch- Assistive Touch – Turn the Mouse
keys off.
Q: Where is the exit key?
A: There is no exit button, when you use the keyboard on an iPad/ iPhone,
the first key in the top row is “Back to Home”. However, if you use it on a
MacBook, you can try to press the “Fn +Back to Home” key as an exit key.
Q: How to switch languages?
A: Press “Control + Spacebar” at the same time to switch languages.
Q: How to reset the keyboard symbols? All of the symbols are mixed up, I
cannot even type a question mark.
A: The layout of the keyboard is US English, if you have different languages
on your tablet, please press the “Control + Spacebar” at the same time to
switch the language into US English.
Q: The mouse can’t connect with the iPhone/iPad.
A: Update the operating system to iPadOS/iOS 13 or above.
Q: Can’t find the mouse cursor after connecting the mouse?
A: Turn on “Assistive Touch” on iPad/iPhone. (Solution: Settings-
Accessibility-Touch- Turn on Assistive Touch)
Q: How to change the scroll direction on iPad?
A: Go to Setting – General- Trackpad & Mouse- Turn off “Natural
Scrolling”
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot connect the Bluetooth keyboard to your device, or if the keyboard is not working, please try the following steps:
- Ensure your device’s Bluetooth is enabled.
- Delete the pairing name on the Bluetooth settings. Restart the device and try to pair again.
- Cancel the Bluetooth connection with other devices, and try to pair again.
- Check to see if the Bluetooth software has been updated recently. If it hasn’t, update the software and try to pair again.
- Make sure the Bluetooth keyboard is within 33ft (10m) of your device.
