Power Indicators

Power indicators to monitor the power status.

1. Checking remaining power :
   Click the button, the withe lights will displayed as shown below

2. light on, the power is within 25%.

3. lights on, the power is within 50%.

4. lights on, the power is within 75%.

5. lights on, the power is within 100%.
   When the last light of the light flashes, the battery level is less than 5%, please charge it as soon as possible.

6. Checking charging function:

In use, when the first light turns blue, it indicates that the wireless fast charging function is on. When the fifth light turns orange, it means it is fast charging mode.

Wireless Charger Function Instructions

• Put your phone on the wireless charger, it will snap to your phone immediately and turn on the wireless charging function automatically.
• When you charge the power bank first, and the input status is fast charging mode, then use the wireless charging function to charge your phone, it supports fast charging output. If you use wireless charging function to charge your phone first, then charge the power bank, only 5W wireless charging output is supported.
• When the power bank is fully charged with the cable connected, using the wireless charging function to charge your phone, only 5W output is supported due to the charging protocol to 5V input state. Unplugging the cable when the power bank is fully charged, it can automatically restart and the wireless charging becomes fast charging mode.
• When the the power bank being charged with the PD12V charger, the wireless charging function is off because the wireless charger does not support 12V output.

Notes and Warnings

• If this device is idle for a long time, please charge it at least every 3 months.
• It might produce slight heat during charging, which is normal as long as it’s below 55 C.
• Always keep this device dry and do not clean it with chemical agents.
• Please care for the environment and recycle this device at designated place. Children must use it under the guidance of adults.
• Do not crash, disassemble, impale or put this device into humid conditions.
• Do not use it to charge devices with incompatible current and voltage, which will cause fire or other problems.

FAQ

1. The power bank can not be charged
   Please check if the adapter is suitable, and the cable, adapter is connected well.

2. The power bank didn’t work

3. It maybe the power is too low, please charge it in time. The voltage of power bank is not compatible with the device’s.

4. The connection is not ok (cable, plug) If above are checked OK, please contact support team for help.
