Matters needing attention
- Do not place the product in water or near the fire source, so as not to cause malfunction of the charging equipment and mobile phone Damage to the equipment.
- Do not drop the device from a high place to avoid damage to the device due to falling to the ground.
- This product is not compatible with watch S1
- if you need to clean the charger, make sure it is not connected to the power supply.
- This product is a three in one wireless charger, and the power of all products will be increased when used at the same time; Itis recommended to use more than18W charging head to power the product

If you’re experiencing interrupted or slow charging, check the following.

The back of your phone should not have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.

Put the phone in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your phone lineup with the one inside the wireless charger).

Phone cases should be no thicker than 3 mm for effective charging

Check whether the adapter is QC3.0 fast charger.

If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following

Please restart your cell phone and test with another USB cable

Please check whether the indicator turns on or not

Please check the Adapter is QC3.0 Quick Charger (Outout9V/2A) or not, iPhone original adapter does not match the wireless charger.

Please check your Phone case thickness(<3mm).

If you re using the recommended wireless charger with the QC3.0 Adapter and have removed any potential charging obstructions, but are still experiencing issues, try:

Replacing the cable connecting your the wireless charger.

Rebooting your phone.

Unplug the adapter and reinsert.

Charging is slow
The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging current to be different, or the application running consumes a lot of power when the mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the application. -
The phone is charging intermittently, or the indicator light flashes.
If the charging current is not enough, please use a charging head (adapter) with sufficient power 9V/2Aor 18Wabove. -
Charging fever.
It is normal for the receiving coil or transmitter board to generate heat during wireless charging. If the plate is too warm, take your phone off the plate, and switch the plate off. The plate may switch off automatically if it is too hot when the plate has cooled down, try charging again -
The charger does not work.
Do not put metal debris or magnetic cards on the charging area. |f the product does not work due to overheating. please take off the phone and wait for it to cool down and try charging again. -
If the host fails, contact after-sales maintenance.
