Wearing Earplugs
Place the earbuds marked with UR in the left/right ears and make sure that the microphone points to the mouth.

Basic Operation

Power On

• Slide open the charging case cover, take out the earbuds to turn on automatically, and the voice prompt “Power on”, “Du”.
• When the earbuds is off, press and hold touch button for about 1.Ss, and the voice prompt “Power On”.

Power Off

• Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
• When the earbuds is on, press and hold touch button for about 6s, and the voice prompt “Power Off”

Touch Operation

• Play/Pause Music
  Tap the left/right earbuds twice.

• Play Next Song
  Press the right earbud for 2s, and let go when you hear “DI” prompt

• Play the previous song
  Press the left earbud for 2s, and let go when you hear “DI” prompt

• Volume+
  Tap the right earbud once.( When the volume is maximum, you will hear ” Dong Dong Dong Dong ” prompt)

• Volume
  Tap the left earbud once. ( When the volume is minimum, you will hear ” Dong Dong Dong Dong ” prompt)

• Answer/Hang up a Call
  Tap the left/right earbuds once.

• Reject the Call
  Press the left/right earbuds for 3 seconds.

• Voice Assistant
  Tap the left/right earbuds 3 times.

Charging Case Guidance

Battery Display:
Place the earbuds back into charging case, the indicator will show the battery level of the charging case.

Charging status:
While charging, the charging case indicator will show the real-time battery level. When fully charged, all four indicator lights will be on, and than turn off when charging cable is removed. Earplugs Resetting/Restore Factory Setting
Note: Please do not use the reset function unless the following special circumstances

1. The earbuds has been paired with other devices, and the Bluetooth name cannot be searched;
2. Only one earbud has sound, and it cannot be restored to double earbuds mode.
   Resetting Steps: Take out the left/right earbuds from the charging case and turn them off manually; press and hold the left/right earbuds for as at the same time, you will hear “Du” “DuDu”, which means the reset is successful.

FAQ

1. Q: Only one earbud work?
   A: Put the earbuds into charging case and take out, if still only one earbud works, restore to factory setting.

2. Q: Failed to connect devices with earbuds?
   A: Delete the pairing record on the devices and reconnect with earbuds.

3. Q: No sound In the phone call?
   A: Select “BY-APlOO” as your audio input source in your device settings.

4. Q: Audio delay in video or gameplay?
   A: Environment, WiFi, encode/decode speed of other devices and software are all possible factors to cause effect to the audio data transmission speed of the earbuds. For example, most game software set real-time audio transmission as a priority, which is possible to affect the speed.

5. Q: Why is there stuck / breakpoint?
   A: If there are many WiFi routers, 4G signals, high-power electrical appliance and etc when using, it may be stuck or breakpoint. It can be solved by changing the environment or reconnecting.

2. When using earbuds, please adjust the volume appropriately to avoid damaging the hearing.
