QUICK START GUIDE
TESLA SMART ZIGBEE HUB
The smart gateway hub is the control center of Zigbee devices. Users can design and implement smart application scenarios by adding Zigbee devices. It’s compatible with Tuya platform to connect all Zigbee devices from home automation, smart energy, to healthcare and home security system.

1.1 The red indicator light is the Wifi led
1.2 The blue indicator light is the Zigbee led
1.3 Press the Reset button for 5 seconds to reset.
1.4 Micro-USB port is inserted power supply cable
APP Operation
Preparation for use
- Tesla Smart is available for both iOS and Android OS. Search the name „Tesla Smart“ in App Store or Google Play or scan the QR code
to download the app and register or login your account.

– Make sure that the smartphone is connected to the 2.4Ghz network and has Bluetooth & GPS location turned on.
Connect the device -
Open Tesla Smart app and click “+“ sign to Add new device

Select Gateways – Tesla Smart ZigBee Hub (follow the step-by-step guide in the app).

Plug ZigBee hub into the power supply using micro-USB.

Both the red and blue indicators turn on. Then the red indicator light starts to flash and after a few seconds, the blue indicator light will flash briefly.

When the blue indicator light stops flashing, press the „reset“ button for 5 seconds

Wait for the device to connect to the app.

When the pairing is successful, the blue indicator light turns off and the red indicator light stays on

SAFETY TIPS
For safety and licensing reasons (CE), unauthorized change and/or modification
of the device is not permitted. The device may only be operated indoors and
must be protected from the effects of moisture, vibrations, solar or other
methods of heat radiation, cold and mechanical loads.
The device is not a toy; do not allow children to play with it. Do not leave
packaging material lying around. Plastic films/bags, pieces of polystyrene,
etc. can be dangerous in the hands of a child. For power supply, only use the
original power supply unit (5VDC/1A) delivered with the Device.
INFORMATION ABOUT DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
This product is marked with the symbol for a separate collection. The product must be disposed of in accordance with the regulations for disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment). Disposal together with regular municipal waste is prohibited. Dispose of all electrical and electronic products in accordance with all local and European regulations at the designated collection points which hold the appropriate authorization and certification in line with the local and legislative regulations.
