Cyberquad for Kids Motor Controller Removal Instructions
- Step 1: Remove the battery pack by engaging the battery latch and pulling the battery out of the compartment.
- Step 2: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove two screws within the battery housing.
- Step 3: Remove the seat by lifting up on the rear edge and pulling back simultaneously.
- Step 4: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove two screws securing the power connector plate.
- Step 5: Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove four screws fastening the motor controller to the body.
- Step 6: Disconnect all nine connectors attached to the motor controller, by squeezing the tabs and pulling both ends.
- Step 7: Cut the two zip ties that secure the wire harness to the body.
- Step 8: With all nine connectors detached, remove the motor controller from the body.
- Step 9: Remove the return envelope from the larger envelope. Place the motor controller in the return envelope with the shipping label applied. Drop off at a UPS store to start the return process.
