ABOUT THE CAMERA BATTERY

1. Please use the supplied original charging cable to charge the camera. Please fully charge it before using it for  the first time.

2. The battery discharges itself even when not in use.
   Please charge the battery before use.

3. Make sure the battery is installed in the correct orientation.

4. Please note the status of the indicator lamps:

   • On (red indicator): Charging in progress
   • Off: Charging is complete
   • Blinking (red indicator): The camera is dead or the battery is not installed correctly.

5. It is recommended to charge the battery at an ambient temperature between 10°C and 30°C. When the temperature is outside the recommended operating temperature range, the battery should be charged. When the temperature is outside the recommended operating temperature range, the charging indicator will still flash, indicating that charging has been suspended and is in standby mode.

6. In playback mode, power can be supplied via the power adapter. However, in shooting mode, power cannot be supplied through the power adapter.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: The camera can't turn on after installing thebatteries.

A: No remaining battery with the camera. The battery is in the unbroken package. Upside-down or inadequate installation of the battery

Q: Can not take still images and video after pressingtheshutter button.

A: The built-in memory is full. No memory card installed.

Q: lmages/Video is blurry

A: Hands shake when taking images. Use bothhandstostabilize the camera, or use other objects(tripod) tostabilize, and do not shake the camera whentakingimages.The resulting images or videos aredim. The shooting environment is not well-lit.Shoot in a well-litplace, or use flash mode to improve.

Q: The camera automatically shuts down.A: The remaining battery is low.

Please fully chargedthebattery before use.

To save power, the camera will automaticallyturnoffaccording to the setting if there is no operationformore than 1 minute (3 minutes or 5minutes, depending on the setting)

Q: Can't delete files in the camera.A:

The file protection function in the cameramenu is enabled, turn off this function inthe menu. The camera freezes or the screen is blurry. Wrong format of memory card, format theMicroSDCard for first-time use.

Q: Can you let me know how to focus in videomode?

A: In Image Mode, half-press the shutter buttontofocus, and fully press it when the focus screenturnsfromyellow to green to capture a sharp image. In video mode, the camera defaults todistancefocusing and does not support close focusing. Itisrecommended to place the camera about onemeteraway from the subject, or you can try tolower thepixels of the video, which will help to focus betterinvideo mode and the video will be sharper andsmoother

Q: Why does the camera flicker/black out?

A: There is an optical viewfinder and sensor intheupperleft corner of the camera. When you are ina hot sunnyenvironment, to avoid external light interference, youcan touch the sensor on the right sideof theviewfinder and the camera screen will automaticallyturn black to provide you with a clearer andmorestable shooting experience. Please note: A flickering camera screendoesnotnecessarily indicate a camera malfunction; it maybecaused by a finger touching the sensor by mistake.
