The Tesla RoboStar iQ300 is a robotic vacuum cleaner that can be paired with your mobile phone for easy control and monitoring. The vacuum cleaner can be connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and is compatible with the WeBack app available on the iOS store. The vacuum cleaner has a main switch on the side of the device and a top button that can be used for pairing and connecting to the Wi-Fi network.

- Download „WeBack“ app from iOS Store:
- Confirm the user agreement and privacy policy:
- Select “Log In” if you are entering your existing login information from a previous application. To create a new registration, press the “Register” button and fill in the required information – enter your email, set a login password for the application account and write down the control code for the graphic control. Confirm the “User Agreement and Privacy Policy” and press the “Get” button to receive a verification email with a code, then fill it in the registration form. To complete registration, press the orange “right arrow” button:
- Click on the „PLUS“ icon:
- Enable permission to use the camera (allowing permission is necessary for pairing and for the vacuum cleaner to work properly. You can change the permission later in the application settings):
- Scan the QR Code:

- Select the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network to which you want to connect the robotic vacuum cleaner and enter the password. (the mobile phone must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network at the time of pairing. 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported):
- Turn OFF and ON the robotic vacuum cleaner with the main switch on the side of the device and hold the top button for 3-5 seconds. You will hear a gong and a “connecting to Wi-Fi network” notification, confirm the “Confirmed above” box, then click the “Next Step” button:
- Enable the permission to search for devices in the local network (allowing the permission is necessary for pairing and for the vacuum cleaner to work properly. You can change the permission later in the application settings):
- The robotic vacuum cleaner will start logging into the application:
- Depending on the version of the iOS operating system, it may be required to connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot network of the robot vacuum cleaner, click the connect button. (The picture is illustrative, the method ofnotification and the procedure of connecting to a Wi-Fi hotspot network may differ depending on the version of the operating system):
- After the process is complete, you will see a successful connection screen, confirm by clicking the “Confirm” button:
- The application will automatically return to the home screen. You can start using your robotic vacuum cleaner:
