Product Information

The TESLA PetCare Station Pro TQ500 is a complex electromechanical device designed for domestic use only. It comes with attachments for cleaning loose fur of pets and removing loose hair from long- and short-haired dogs and cats. The device has a dust tank and HEPA filter for effective cleaning. The maximum suction effect will always be achieved with a clean HEPA filter and an empty dust tank. The HEPA filter should be replaced at least once every 6 months.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before first use, remove all packaging material, remove the appliance and accessories, and check that the device or any of its components are not damaged.
2. Place the dust tank on the body of the device.
3. Put one of the attachments on the hose.
4. To switch the device on/off, slide the switch up and down.
5. To change the suction power of the device, press the button while sliding the switch down.
6. Before installing the knife, pull the movable knife adjustment knob down. Vacuum the dirt from the blade and trimmer.
7. To clean the dust tank, use a soft brush, rinse it with clean water, and dry it thoroughly.
8. To clean the HEPA filter and foam filter, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet. Clean the device with a damp cloth, do not use solvents or abrasive cleaning agents. The HEPA filter should be cleaned after each emptying of the tank. If there is heavy pollution or poor performance of the device, replace the filter with a new one. The HEPA filter is not intended for washing in the dishwasher.
9. To preserve the filtration parameters of the HEPA filter/foam filter, dry cleaning is recommended. If you choose to wash the HEPA filter/foam filter with cold clean water, its filtering capabilities will be reduced. After several washes, we recommend purchasing a new HEPA filter. Replace the HEPA filter if it can no longer be properly cleaned or if it is damaged. Make sure that the contact surfaces and sealing elements are clean and undamaged. Before putting the filters back into the device, make sure it is completely dry (ideally put it back after 24 hours).
10. If the device has weak suction power, follow the cleaning and maintenance instructions mentioned above.

This appliance is a complex electromechanical device, please pay attention to the following instructions:

• It is intended for domestic use only; for inappropriate use or for use contrary to the instructions for use, the manufacturer and the EU importer bear no responsibility and are not covered by the warranty.
• The device is only intended for indoor use at room temperature (max. 40°C).
• Never leave the device on unattended.
• The device will automatically turn off if it overheats.
• Do not bring the suction nozzle or end of the tube near eyes or ears.
• Do not vacuum wet surfaces, water or liquid of any nature, hot or very delicate substances (plaster, cement, ash), large sharp fragments (glass shards), harmful products (solvents, old paint removers), aggressive substances (acids, cleaning agents), flammable and explosive substances (based on gasoline or alcohol).
• Never immerse the device in water, do not spray it with water, do not rinse it under running water water and do not store outdoors.
• The device can be used by children from 8 years of age and persons without sufficient experience or knowledge or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, if they have been trained and warned about the safe use of the device and are aware of the possible risks. Children must not play with the device.
• User cleaning and maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision. Keep the device and its power cord out of the reach of children.
• Use only original accessories intended for this model.
• Do not touch the parts that are connected to the mains when your hands are wet.
• Do not open or repair the device, risking electric shock and voiding the warranty.
• During use, it can become charged with an electrostatic charge, which can be dangerous for the user.
• The manufacturer and importer to the European Union is not responsible for damages caused by the operation of the device, such as injuries, scalds, fire, injuries, impairment of other things, etc.

PACKAGE CONTENTS

Check carefully that you have unpacked all supplied accessories, we recommend that you keep the original paper box, user manual and packing material during the warranty period.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Remove all packaging material, remove appliance and accessories. Remove any foils, stickers or paper. Check that the device or any of its components are not damaged.

Place the dust tank on the body of the device

and put one of the attachments on the hose.

Attachments

1. It can clean the loose fur of pets, the fur is more fluffy.
2. Quickly and easily removes loose hair from long- and short-haired dogs and cats. Effectively reduces shedding by up to 95% of dead hair and tangles. Warning: Pay attention to the blade and sharp position during use, do not use excessive force to avoid injury.
3. Helps to clean clothes from pet hair.
4. It facilitates the cleaning of hard-to-reach places, e.g. in the sofa set.
5. It trims your pet while vacuuming the hair into the dust tank. Note: Be careful on the soft parts of the animal’s skin. Do not use excessive force to avoid injuring your pet.
6. It will allow the hair to be cut to different hair lengths.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before installing the knife, pull the movable knife adjustment knob down. Vacuum the dirt from the blade and trimmer.

CLEANING THE DUST TANK

For cleaning, use a soft brush, rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly.

CLEANING THE HEPA FILTER AND THE FOAM FILTER

The maximum suction effect will always be achieved with a clean HEPA filter and an empty dust tank. We recommend cleaning the HEPA filter after each emptying of the tank.

HEPA filter: in case of heavy pollution or poor performance of the device, replace the filter with a new one. We recommend replacing it at least once every 6 months.

WARNING

• NEVER use a device without a HEPA filter installed.
• Neglecting to clean or replace the filters can lead to device failure.
• Do not use any aggressive washing or cleaning agents or hot water to clean the filters.
• To preserve the filtration parameters of the HEPA filter/foam filter, we recommend dry cleaning.
• If you choose to wash the HEPA filter/foam filter with cold clean water, its filtering capabilities will be reduced. After several washes, we recommend purchasing a new HEPA filter.
• Replace the HEPA filter if it can no longer be properly cleaned or if it is damaged.
• The HEPA filter is not intended for washing in the dishwasher.
• Make sure that the contact surfaces and sealing elements are clean and undamaged.
• Before putting the filters back into the device, make sure it is completely dry (ideally put it back after 24 hours).

All of the above instructions are very important if you feel that the device has a weak suction power. This condition is a clear sign that the filter system needs cleaning.

HOSE AND POWER CORD STORAGE

Wrap the hose around the body of the device in a clockwise direction and snap the hose into the clip on the side of the body.

WARRANTY REPAIR

For warranty repair, contact the dealer where you purchased the TESLA product.

The warranty does NOT cover:

• using the device for other purposes
• normal tear and wear
• failure to observe the “Important safety instructions” listed in the user manual
• electromechanical or mechanical damage to the device caused by inappropriate use
• damage caused by natural elements such as water, fire, static electricity, overvoltage, etc.
• damage caused by unauthorized repair
• unreadable device serial number
