WARNINGS

  1. This device can be used by children aged 8 years and above as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe way understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
  2. Keep the device and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years old.
  3. This device is only suitable for well-insulated spaces or occasional use.
  4. This device is intended for household, indoor and dry use only.
  5. Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
  6. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
  7. The device must not be located immediately below a power supply socket.
  8. Do not use this device in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower, or a swimming pool.
  9. This heater is not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own unless constant supervision is provided.
  10.  This device is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
  11.  The plug-in power supply corresponds to the rated one on the product only. In case of misusage of power supply or device, failure may occur.
  12.  Before use, place the product on a hard, flat, stable, dry, and temperature-resistant surface.
  13. Slight odors are possible at beginning of usage until the device reaches its thermal stability.
  14. If the device is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water, do not use it.
  15. This device should never be switched on or stay plugged into the power supply when not in use while replacing accessories or during cleaning.
  16.  Do not use the device in places where it might be exposed to vibration or where it might topple. Do not use it on soft surfaces, such as beds or high-pile carpets, where openings may become blocked or the tip-over switch cannot be activated.
  17.  Reduce the risk of fire, and keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material at a minimum distance of 1m from the device.
  18.  Always turn the device off before disconnecting from the power supply.
  19. Never leave the device unattended during use.
  20. Avoid the use of extension cords or multi-socket outlets as they may overheat and cause a risk of fire. Under no circumstances should other high-current appliances be plugged into the same power supply.
  21. Do not open the housing under any circumstances. Do not insert fingers or foreign objects in any opening of the appliance and do not obstruct the air inlet and outlet.
  22. Regularly remove blockages caused by dust, fluff, hair, etc. because they greatly reduce the device’s suction power and/or general performance.
  23.  Do not attempt any modification or repair by yourself and ensure that any repair is conducted only by an appropriately qualified technician.
  24. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced immediately by authorized and qualified personnel only.
  25. Please refer to the below paragraphs for details on cleaning, settings, and accessories.
  26. Although the product has been checked its usage and consequences are strictly user responsibility.

BEFORE USE:

  • Take out the product and remove all packaging materials.
  • Place the heater on a firm level surface free from obstructions, and at least 1 m away from any wall and any other objects such as furniture, curtains, plants or combustible material.
  • Make sure the power switch is in position A.
  • Plug the device into the power supply.
    NOTE: Potential movement felt and/or heard from inside of the device is due to the tip-over switch safety feature.

USAGE

Start using the device by sliding the switch from position A (see PICTURES; Picture 1, 3A) to the desired one:
Position B (see PICTURES; Picture 1, 3B) – turns the device on in its current position
Position C (see PICTURES; Picture 1, 3C) – makes the turned-on device swivel at a 55° angle.
NOTES:

  • Any of the swivel directions can be chosen by sliding the power switch from position C to the fixed direction (B).
  • High-temperature switch, which will turn OFF the device automatically if the temperature exceeds its maximum limit. In that case, unplug the device from the power supply and allow it 10 minutes to cool down before further use.
  • Tip-over switch, which will turn OFF the device in case it is tipped over or has fallen. In that case, unplug the device from the power supply, inspect it for any possible damage, position it correctly and turn it ON again.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  • It is recommended to clean the device at least once a month and before off-season storage.
  • Always turn the device OFF, unplug it from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning or storing.
  • Use a dry or damp cloth to clean the external surfaces of the device. Dry it thoroughly before further use.
  • Store the device in a cool and dry space.

TROUBLESHOOTING

If your device fails to operate:

  • Be sure it is well plugged inappropriate and operational power supply.
  • Check for any obstruction: turn the device OFF, unplug it from the power supply and wait at least ten minutes for it to cool down. If you find an obstruction, carefully remove it before further use.
  • If the problem persists turn the device OFF, unplug it from the power supply and return it to your nearest dealer.
