MOUNTING AND WIRING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Thread mounting screws (A) into mounting bar (B). Secure the mounting screws (A) with hex nuts (C).
  • Place the mounting bar flush against the ceiling at the desired mounting location. Using outside mounting bar holes as a guide, mark where pilot holes are to be drilled.
  • Inset two plastic anchors (D) into the pilot holes (for drywall ceiling).
  • Align outside mounting bar holes with plastic anchors (D) (If applicable). Secure mounting bar (B) into place using wood screws (E).

I need to adjust the length of the fixture, please process below:

  • Loosen screws (F) attaching LED driver (K) (white box with wires) to the bracket (I) beneath it. Remove one screw (G) but leave the other loosely attached. Rotate the LED driver (K) carefully away from the cord to allow the cord to slide freely.
  • Loosen the screw in Strain Relief (J) until the cord slides easily, being careful not to completely remove the screw. Slide cord up into canopy (H) until the fixture is the correct distance below the canopy
  • Carefully coil the excess wire in the canopy (H), being careful not to allow the wire to knot or create tight bends (kinks).
  • Tighten the screw in the Strain Relief (J) until the cord does not slide, being careful not to overtighten. Slide cord through one side of cord lock (S) until cord lock (S) is nearly touching the top of the strain relief. Slide the cord through the other side of the cord lock (S) until it locks in place.
  • Rotate the LED driver (K) back to its original position making sure that the screw aligns with the proper hole. Tighten both screws attaching LED driver (K) to bracket (I).
  • Make an electrical connection by loosening the terminal screws on the terminal block (M) and inserting the live [L] to the live terminal and neutral to the neutral terminal.
  • Tighten terminal screws. Make sure there are no stray wires.
  • Raise canopy (H) to ceil, allowing mounting screw (A) to protrude through openings in the canopy (H) and secure into place with cap nuts (T).
