DESCRIPTION
The transmission consists of two gear stages and a sprung ratchet coupling. The main components are made of high-quality steel for the best functionality and service life.

OPERATION
USE
Effective and versatile lever block for lifting and towing outdoors and
indoors, even in confined spaces.
Disengaged position
The selector is set to the middle position when the hook is unloaded. The
spring coupling is disengaged so that the load chain can be pulled out or in
to the required length.
Lifting a load
Set the selector in the UP position and pull the right lever to press the
friction plates and ratchet against the brake plate, so that these parts move
together. Pump with the lever so that the transmission and load chain move
smoothly and lift the load.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not overload the product.
- Never attempt to connect the product to a motor or other drive unit. The product is only intended for manual use.
- Lubricate all moving parts regularly. Always check before use that no parts are damaged and that the product moves as intended in disengaged position.
- Before lifting, check that the hook is properly fastened. Never lift a load hanging from the tip of the hook. Check that the chain is not twisted or bent.
- Stop using the device immediately if the lever is stiff.
- Check that the load has not been caught up with something.
- Check that all the parts are working properly.
MAINTENANCE
- Clean the product after use, and lubricate the moving parts. Store in a dry place.
- Maintenance and inspection should be carried out by qualified personnel. The product should only be dismantled by qualified personnel.
- When fitting, align the 0 markings on both gear wheels to each other.
- Press the lever against the friction plates and the ratchet and measure the gap between the lever handle and the end of the castle nut. The gap should be 0.2-0.5 mm.
- After cleaning and/or repairing the product it should be tested with no load and with maximum load before use.
