Thanks for purchasing the DOSS TV Soundbar. We advise you to read, follow and keep the following instructions to be able to correctly set up the speaker and enjoy all of its features to the fullest.

Common Usage

Connect the DOSS TV Soundbar to Mains Supply

Connect the power cord to the DC IN port on the back of the speaker. Plug the power cord into an AC (mains) outlet, ensure that the power supply voltage is within the range of 100V~240V.

Notes:
When you plug the speaker into an AC (mains) outlet, the speaker automatically powers on.

Connect to Your TV

Optical

  1. Connect the DOSS TV Soundbar to the supplied power adapter.
  2. Remove the caps and insert one end of the optical cable into the Optical OUT port on your TV.
  3. Insert the other end into the OPT port on the speaker.
  4. Press on the remote control or on the speaker to switch to the Optical mode, and the LED display will show the “OPt”.

Notes:

  • Make sure to remove the protective covers on the ends of the cable.
  • Ensure your TV is set to “External Speaker” and TV audio format is set to “PCM” or “Optical Audio”.
Aux In/RCA
  1. Connect the DOSS TV Soundbar to the supplied power adapter.
  2. Connect the speaker with your TV via 3.5mm to RCA cable.
  3. Press on the remote control or on the speaker to switch to the Aux In/RCA mode, and the LED display will show the “AUH”.

HDMI/ARC
  1. Connect the DOSS TV Soundbar to the supplied power adapter.
  2. Insert one end of the HDMI cable (not provided) into the HDMI/ARC port on your TV.
  3. Insert the other end into the ARC port on the speaker.
  4. Press on the remote control or on the speaker to switch to the HDMI/ARC mode, and the LED display will show the “ArC”.

Notes:

  • Make sure to remove the protective covers on the ends of the cable.
  • Ensure your TV audio format is set to “HDMI” or “ARC”.
Coaxial
  1. Connect the DOSS TV Soundbar to the supplied power adapter.
  2. Insert one end of the Coaxial cable (not provided) into the S/PDIF or COAXIAL port on your TV.
  3. Insert the other end into the COX port on the speaker.
  4. Press on the remote control or on the speaker to switch to the Coaxial mode, and the LED display will show the “COA”.

Connect to Your Device

  1. Connect the DOSS TV Soundbar to the supplied power adapter.
  2. Navigate to the Bluetooth list on your device and search for the speaker.
  3. Select “DOSS TV Soundbar” to pair with, and the LED display will show the “bt”.

Notes:

When connecting to the devices, the process is slightly different depending on what model of device you have.

Connect to Your USB Driver

  1. Connect the DOSS TV Soundbar to the supplied power adapter.
  2. Connect your USB driver to the USB jack on the speaker.
  3. The speaker will switch to the USB mode and play music files from the USB driver.

Notes:

  • The capacity of USB driver should be less than 64GB.
  • Support MP3/WAV/WMA/FLAC files.

Troubleshooting

Smyptom Solutions
Can’t Turn On
  • Check whether the supplied power adapter is inserted firmly in place or not.
  • Check whether the socket can be energized normally.
  • If possible, use another power adapter to check whether the supplied power adapter is broken.

No Sound/ Distorted|

  • Make sure the audio cable is correctly connected, and use one audio cable only.
  • Insert the audio cable into an Audio Output or Audio OUT port on your TV, not audio Input or Audio IN.
  • Insert the HDMI cable into a port on your TV labeled HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) or HDMI IN, not a standard HDMI port.
  • Turn up the volume from both the speaker and device.
  • Press the Mute button to switch on the sound.
  • Press the Play/Pause button.
  • Set the audio output mode on your TV (if applicable) accordingly with the mode settng on the DOSS TV Soundbar

The Buttons Not Work| Unplug the power adapter and plug in it again.
The Remote Control Not Work| Please go over the following:

  • Install 3V button battery into the remote. Replace the current batteries with new ones.
  • Make sure the remote control is pointed to the DOSS TV Soundbar during use.
  • Make sure the remote control is within 5 meters and no obstacles blocking the remote sensor.
  • Turn off the DOSS TV Soundbar and disconnect the power, and then reconnect and turn it on, try again.

Warning

  • Do NOT dropping, hitting, shaking.
  • Do NOT use this device in extreme temperatures.
  • Do NOT disassemble.
  • Do NOT use any corrosive cleaner to clean.
  • Do NOT expose this device to rain, liquids, or moisture.
  • Do NOT use this device near a microwave oven or wireless LAN products.
  • Please use original or certificated power adapter and cables.
