INSTALLATION

1. To avoid tripping possible fault codes, disconnect the negative (-) side of the vehicle battery.
2. Locate the vehicle accelerator pedal position sensor and disconnect. (located under the dash at the top of the accelerator pedal assembly)
3. Connect the Throttle Booster harnesses to the corresponding connector on the pedal position sensor and vehicle harness.
4. Connect the other end of the harnesses to the corresponding connector on the Throttle Booster module (matching connector color).
5. Reconnect the battery.
6. Turn the ignition to the “ON” or “RUN” position. DO NOT START the vehicle.
7. The status indicator light on the module will remain OFF until connected to a mobile phone or the learn pedal process is complete.

MOBILE DEVICE

CONNECTING A MOBILE DEVICE

1. If not completed, Download the Dinan App via the Google Play/App Store to your mobile device.
   Scan QR code on other page to access app download

2. Ensure that Bluetooth and location services are enabled for the APP on your mobile device.

3. In the “Devices” section within the app, follow the instruction prompts for connecting to the device. (This will only be required for the initial connection)

4. Select the device to be connected to. (lf no device is listed refresh the page by swiping down)

5. Once connected to the device the status light on the module will TURN RED.

WIRELESS SWITCH

CONNECTING YOUR WIRELESS SWITCH

1. Ensure all batteries are properly installed. When installed in the battery tray the positive side of the batteries should be visible.
2. Replace the battery cover.
3. While holding the wireless switch near the Throttle Booster module (within 6 inches), and while the module is powered, press either button on the switch one time.
4. The RED indicator light will FLASH (3 times) on the Module after approximately 3-5 seconds, indicating a successful connection pairing the wireless switch to the module.

LEARNING YOUR PEDAL

Only one pedal relearn operation is needed. After the initial setup is completed, use the supplied zip ties to secure the module under the dashboard. Make sure the module and harnesses do not interfere with the pedal motion.

APP PEDAL RELEARN

1. Navigate to the “Devices” section in the Dinan app on your mobile device.
2. Make sure the pedal travel is not impeded by the floor mat or other objects.
3. Select “Pedal Relearn
4. Follow the in-app instructions to complete the pedal relearn
5. The status indicator on the module will TURN,ORANGE indicating the pedal learn is complete and the device is active.

SWITCH PEDAL RELEARN

1. The switch must first be Connected (Paired) to the module. (see Wireless Switch Connection)
2. Make sure the pedal travel is not impeded by the floor mat or other objects.
3. Ensure your foot is off the pedal, then press and hold BOTH buttons – on the wireless switch until all indicator bars light up, then release.
4. The indicator bars will remain lit for about 8 seconds, and then begin to scroll. Scrolıing indicates that the module is ready to learn your vehicle’s pedal.
5. Once the lights begin to scroll, slowly press the accelerator pedal completely to the floor and release several times until the status indicator light on the module turns GREEN.-
6. A GREEN light indicates the pedal learn is complete and the device is active. If the green light does not turn on, repeat the pedal relearn process.

CHANGE POWER LEVELS

WIRELESS SWITCH

1. Press the LEFT or RIGHT arrow button to adjust to the desired performance level.
   Note: The level indicator on the wireless switch corresponds to the level on the mobile app.

MOBILE APP

1. Press the LEFT or RIGHT arrow button on the virtual switch, or simply PRESS the- desired performance level in the levels list below.
   Note: If the switch and mobile app are used at the same time the switch will override the app.

EDIT LEVEL NAMES

1. (Apple) Press “MOD” and slide to the left to edit.
2. (Android) Press and hold level name to edit.

PERFORMANCE CURVES

Disclaimer:When designing custom curves, if the curve is too steep, it may trigger a check engine light on some vehicle applications.

1. The last three performance positions are available for users to create and save customized performance curves.

2. In the “Levels” section of the app select “MOD” or go directly to the “Curves” section in the app.

3. The first five levels are pre-set levels that cannot be adjusted.
   However, selecting “MOD” will allow you to start your curve modification with that levels performance curve.

4. There are 10 curve positions that can be modified to create a custom
   Curve. Slide each individual curve position UP or DOWN with your finger to increase or decrease sensitivity tor desired performance.
   Curve can be fine-tuned by pressing the””and”+” buttons.

5. Once you have made your modifications, you can save your customized curve as one of the last three performance levels.
