Plum Rugged Device Quick Start Guide

1. Only use approved PLUM charges, cables & accessories.
2. Ensure the USB Port Cover Rap is correctly sealed to protect from water & moisture.
3. Ensure that the rubber seal inside the battery door is placed correctly. Improper use can cause damage to lhe device.
4. IP-67/68 Certified devices are waterproof In depths of 1 meter or less and can be submerged for up to 20 minutes.
5. RI nse the device with freshwater after submersion In salt waler, dirt, dust, etc.
6. Rugged devices are designed to withstand falls from up to 1 meter In height.

Before inserting the battery,
There are some things you need to know …

To insert the SIM:

1. Open the metal Cover
2. Insert the Micro SIM card(s)
3. Close and lock the metal Cover

To insert the Micro SD card:

1. Open the metal Cover
2. Insert the Micro SD card(s)
3. Close and lock the metal Cover

Quick Power On

1. Circumrotate the screw Ust> the screwdr’J\lertool provided in the bo11 Of “‘coin to unscrew the battery cover.
2. Open the battery cover open the with battery cover
3. Insert the SIM card Insert anly 1 sim card in sim slot #1 then close and lock the metal latch.
4. Insert the Micro-SD card insert the SD card then close and lock the metal latch.
5. Insert the battery Insert the battery, cover the battery cover and use the coin or provided tool to rotate the screw clockwise.
6. Charge 12 hours Suggestion: charge far 12 hours for the first using.

2. Then Click Done➔ Done➔ Save to save the APN setting
3. After change, Please go to Messaging➔ Message settings➔ Multimedia message➔ Data account, then choose the updated APN

1. To answer the phone call by any key: Go to Call center➔ Call settings➔ Advanced settings, Then turn on “Any key” inside Answer Mode interface
