Bulls Eye 1-2-39 Plus aerosol is a high hiding, all purpose, all surface, primer-sealer and stain blocker that provides 20% greater coverage and hide compared to competition. Developed for residential and commercial applications when an ultimate performance primer is required. It blocks and seals stains caused by water, nicotine, smoke, tannin, pencil, ink, grease and felt marker, and seals smoke and pet odors. Use on any interior or exterior wood, concrete, drywall, or non-galvanized metal, including hard-to-paint surfaces such as railings, shutters, and outdoor furniture. Perfect for sealing spackle, drywall repairs, and hiding dark colors. Sticks to glossy paint, glass, and ceramic tile.
Surface Preparation: Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound, and free of dust, dirt, grime, grease, oil, wax, mildew, wallpaper adhesive, or any contamination that may Interfere with adhesion. Remove loose paint, dirt, and rust.
APPLICATION: Use at room temperature (700F) in a well ventilated area – avoid high humidity. Shake can vigorously until ball inside can rattles. Turn upside down and continue shaking for one minute – shake occasionally during use. If ball does not rattle, do not strike the can. Spray 10″ – 12″ from object With short ‘dusting’ strokes. If valve clogs, twist and pull off spray tip and rinse it in a solvent such as mineral spirits. Do not stick pin or other object into the stem. To permanently block heal0/ odors, use Zinsser B-l-F Ultimate Stain Blocker.
Dry time: Dries in minutes; topcoat in 30 minutes with latex or oil-base paints. For best results allow primer to cure overnight when applying strong solvent-base topcoats.
Clean-up: Wipe off tip before storing. Clean up wet paint with Xylol or
mineral
spirits. Throw away empty can in trash pickup. Do not burn or place in home
trash
compactor.
