WARNINGS
- Before using the product for the first time, please read the instructions for use below and retain them. The original instructions were written in the Hungarian language.
- This appliance may only be used by persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking in experience or knowledge, as well as children from the age of 8 if they are under supervision or have been given instruction concerning use of the appliance and they have understood the hazards associated with use. Children should not be allowed to play with the unit. Children may only clean or perform user maintenance on the appliance under supervision.
- Make sure that the appliance has not been damaged in transit!
- The device must not be equipped with a programmable switch, timer switch, or separate remote control systems, etc. which can turn on the unit independently, because the possible covering or improper installation of the product may cause an accident.
- Do not use in locations where flammable vapors or explosive dust may be present. Do not use near flammable materials or in potentially explosive atmospheres!
- Do not use the appliance if you use insecticide spray in the room.
- Do not use where oil vapor, flammable gases, or chemical process gases may be present.
- Operate only under constant supervision!
- Do not operate unattended in the presence of children!
- Only for indoor use, in a dry place. Protect from humidity (e.g. bathrooms, swimming pools)!
- It is PROHIBITED to use the unit near bathtubs, basins, showers, swimming pools, or saunas!
- It is prohibited to use the appliance in motor vehicles or in confined spaces (<5 m 2 ) such as elevators!
- When not planning to use the unit for an extended period of time, switch it off then remove the power plug from the outlet!
- Always power off the appliance before relocating it!
- Only relocate it by using the folded carrying handle!
- If any irregular operation is detected (e.g., unusual noise or burnt odor from the unit), immediately switch it off and remove the power plug!
- Make sure that no foreign objects or liquid can enter the appliance through the openings.
- Do not cover the air inlets and outlets!
- Do not place anything above the device!
- Do not place it under air conditioning to prevent the machine from condensate water dripping into it.
- Only to be used with the AIR 50/S filter!
- The use of the product is not a substitute for regular ventilation and dust removal, and it does not have a kitchen hood extractor or extractor function!
- Protect it from dust, humidity, sunlight, and direct heat radiation.
- Power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet prior to cleaning!
- Do not touch the unit or the power cable with wet hands!
- The appliance may only be connected to 230 V~ / 50 Hz electric wall outlets!
- Unwind the power cable completely!
- Do not lead the power cable over the appliance!
- Do not lead the power cable under carpets, doormats, etc.!
- The appliance should be located so as to allow easy access and removal of the power plug!
- Lead the power cable so as to prevent it from being pulled out accidentally or tripped over!
- Due to continuous improvements the design and specifications may change without any prior notice.

- The unit is intended for household use. No industrial use is permitted!
- We do not accept any liability for any damage caused by commissioning, use, cleaning, or replacement of the filter insert other than those specified in this instruction manual.
CAUTION: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
**** Do not attempt to disassemble or modifying the unit or its accessories.
In case any part is damaged, immediately power off the unit and seek the
assistance of a specialist.
In the event that the power cable should become damaged, it should only be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service facility, or similarly qualified
personnel.
INSTALLATION
- Remove the packing material.
- Place the device on the floor on a solid, horizontal surface.
- Provide a free space of 30 cm around the device and 50 cm above it.
- Do not place it under air conditioning to prevent the machine from condensate water dripping into it.
- Remove the back cover of the machine.
- Remove the cylindrical filter from the machine and unpack it.
- Put the filter back into the machine. The open side should be on top and the black strips should face the back. These tapes will make it easier to replace the filter.
- Replace the back cover on the machine.
- Unwind the power cable completely.
- Do not cover the air inlets and outlets!
- Connect the appliance to the mains. (230 V~ / 50 Hz)
- The device beeps briefly, and the display flashes briefly.
- The device is ready for operation.
CLEANING, CHECKING, AND REPLACEMENT OF AIR FILTER
In order to ensure optimum functioning, the appliance may require cleaning and
checking the condition of the air filter insert at least once in two weeks.
The filter insert has a lifespan of 2200 hours under normal use. With
prolonged use, the filter can become a hotbed of microorganisms.
Before cleaning or replacing the filter insert, switch off the appliance
and power it off by unplugging its power plug.
Cleaning: Clean the air inlets and outlets with a vacuum cleaner and a
brush attachment! Clean the outside of the machine with a slightly damp cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents! Water must not get inside the appliance
or on the electrical components!
Cleaning the filter insert: Remove the back cover and then the filter
from the machine. Remove the dirt from the outer surface of the filter with a
soft cloth. Do not wash or vacuum the filter insert. Replace the filter insert
when the HEPA filter turns dark gray, but the latest when the appliance’s
indicator lights in red (16).
Filter insert replacement: Filter inserts item number: AIR 50/S. Remove
the removable back cover. Remove the filter by pulling the two silk ribbons on
it. Insert the new filter into the appliance, with the open side up and the
back strips facing the back. Replace the back cover. Press and hold the button
for 7 seconds to reset the sensor. The red indicator light goes out.

DISPOSAL
Waste equipment must be collected and disposed of separately from household
waste because it may contain components hazardous to the environment or
health. Used or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point
of sale, or at any distributor which sells equipment of identical nature and
function. Dispose of products at a facility specializing in the collection of
electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the
health of others and yourself. If you have any questions, contact the local
waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the
manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations and shall bear any
associated costs arising.

PM2,5: Particulate matter (PM) in the air with a diameter of less than 10 µm is called flying dust. Within these, particles below 2.5 µm (microns) can be inhaled and have little or no excretion from the lungs, thus posing a health risk.
OPERATION
You can operate the device with its touch buttons.
Press the ON/OFF button to switch on the appliance. The color display will
change color (approximately 30 sec) while testing the air quality. The color
that finally glows continuously shows the current PM2.5 concentration as air
quality:
blue color 0 – 75 µg/m³ good air quality
yellow color 76 – 150 µg/m³ medium air quality
red color 151 – µg/m³ poor air quality
Use the MODE button to adjust the fan speed in three stages, or select the
AUTO fan mode. The fan operates at medium (M) speed when switched on for the
first time, then it switches on the next time at the last selected speed.
indicates the lowest stage, and the colorful light goes out at this stage. The
medium stage is indicated by M, and the high stage by H. When switched on in
AUTO mode , during the 30-second initial air quality test, the appliance
operates at maximum speed and then switches to the speed specified by it.
Use the TIMER button to set the time after which the appliance switches
off. The adjustable duration is 2, 4, or 8 hours. If you switch off the
appliance with the ON/OFF button in the meantime, this setting will be
canceled.
Use the LIGHT button to adjust the brightness of the colored light in two
increments, or you can turn it off. You can activate or deactivate the child
lock by pressing the LIGHT button for 3 seconds.
The activated child lock is indicated by a symbol, the appliance does not
respond to the touch buttons.
You can turn on/off the built-in UV-C LED with the button.
After switching off with the ON/OFF button, all settings except TIMER are
memorized by the appliance.
After a power failure for safety reasons, the appliance will not switch on
automatically and it forgets all the previous settings.
