IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
READ THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USE AND RETAIN IT FOR LATER REFERENCE!

WARNINGS

  • Before using the product for the first time, please read the instructions for use below and retain them for later reference. The original instructions were written in the Hungarian language.
  • This appliance may only be used by persons with impaired physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lacking in experience or knowledge if they are under supervision or have been given instruction concerning the use of the appliance and they have understood the hazards associated with the use. This appliance must not be used by children! Keep children away from the appliance and from its power cable! Children should not be allowed to play with the unit!
  • Make sure the appliance has not been damaged in transit!
  • Use only together with the supplied accessories!
  • Place the appliance only onto a stable and horizontal surface!
  • The appliance must not be used with programmable timers, timer switches, or stand-alone remote-controlled systems that can automatically turn the unit on.
  • Only for indoor use, in a dry place!
  • It is PROHIBITED to use the unit near bathtubs, basins, showers, swimming pools, or saunas!
  • Do not place the appliance onto an electric or gas cooker, onto or near another heat source.
  • Operate only under constant supervision!
  • Do not operate unattended in the presence of children!
  • The device must only be switched on in a fully assembled state as described in this instruction manual!
  • Do not switch on the unit without the mixer shaft, the egg-beater, or without the chopping bowl, or if they are not perfectly aligned with the engine unit.
  • Do not use the device in loose clothing, because it can be caught by the swivel egg-beater.
  • Risk of injury! Do not touch the swivel knives or the egg-beater during operation, as this may lead to injury or fracture!
  • In the mixing bowl, and chopping bowl, only the food to be mixed should be, no other foreign objects!
  • Take care of mixing hot food, because it can splash out and cause burning damage! Let the food cool down to under 60 °C!
  • Do not place hot food in the chopping bowl, because it is not heat resistant! Let the food cool down to under 60 °C!
  • If any irregular operation is detected (e.g. unusual noise or burnt odor from unit), immediately switch it off and remove the power plug!
  • Protect from dust, humidity, sunlight, and direct heat radiation!
  • Do not touch the unit or the power cable with wet hands!
  • Make sure, that the power cable and the plug cannot get in touch with water or any other liquids!
  • Always remove the plug from the power socket, if you leave it unattended, as well as before disassembling, assembling, and cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the engine unit in the water!
  • Unwind the power cable completely!
  • The appliance may only be connected to properly grounded 230 V ~/50 Hz electric wall outlets!
  • Do not use extension cords or power strips to connect the unit!
  • The appliance should be located so as to allow easy access and removal of the power plug!
  • Lead the power cable so as to prevent it from being pulled out accidentally, and do not let it hang over the edge of a table!
  • Do not lead the power cable on sharp edges, and don’t let it touch a hot surface.
  • When not planning to use the unit for an extended period of time, switch it off then remove the power plug from the outlet. Store the appliance in a cool, dry place!
  • Hold the plug, not the power cable when you pull it out from the electric outlet.
  • The unit is intended for household use only. No industrial use is permitted!
  • Due to continuous improvements, the technical data and design may change without any prior notice.

  • We don’t take the responsibility for printing errors that may occur and apologize for them.

Caution: Risk of electric shock! Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the unit or its accessories. In case any part is damaged, immediately power off the unit and seek the assistance of a specialist.
In the event that the power cable should become damaged, it should only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service facility, or similarly qualified personnel.

INSTALLATION

  1. Before installation, carefully remove the packaging and make sure not to damage the unit or the connecting cable. If you find any damage, the unit must not be operated!

  2. The unit is intended for use in dry, indoor spaces only!

  3. ATTENTION! The knives are very sharp! Injury hazard!

  4. Wash the mixer shaft, measuring cup, egg-beater, and the disassembled chopper with a bowl with dishwashing detergent and rinse them with clear water. Make sure that there is no water left in the parts, as it can get to the engine!

  5. Check if the appliance is switched off and if the power cable has been pulled out from the electric outlet!

  6. Connecting the different accessories to the engine unit:
    a. Fit the mixer shaft on the engine unit, rotate it right until it clicks, or
    b. Fit the egg-beater on the engine unit, rotate it right until it clicks, or
    c. Fit the stainless knife to the axis of the chopping bowl. Fit the plastic lid over the transparent catch tabs of the bowl, and rotate it right until it stops. Fit the engine unit to its place, and rotate it right until it clicks.

  7. Plug the unit into a standard grounded wall socket!

  8. Now the unit is ready for operation.

CLEANING, MAINTENANCE

  1. Clean the unit after every use!
  2. Switch off and power off the unit by unplugging it from the electric outlet before cleaning!
  3. Disconnect the accessories from the engine unit.
  4. Clean the engine unit with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use any aggressive cleaners! Avoid getting water inside of and on the electric components of the appliance! The engine unit must not be immersed in water!
  5. Wash the accessories (mixer shaft, egg-beater, chopper) with dishwashing detergent and rinse them with clear water.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Malfunction Solution
The appliance doesn’t operate. Check the power supply and the speed stage

switch.
Overheating protection may activate. Wait till approx. 10 — 20 minutes, then switch the unit on

Waste equipment must be collected and disposed of separately from household waste because it may contain components hazardous to the environment or health. Used or waste equipment may be dropped off free of charge at the point of sale, or at any distributor which sells equipment of identical nature and function. Dispose of products at a facility specializing in the collection of electronic waste. By doing so, you will protect the environment as well as the health of others and yourself. If you have any questions, contact the local waste management organization. We shall undertake the tasks pertinent to the manufacturer as prescribed in the relevant regulations and shall bear any associated costs arising.

USE
HAND-BLENDER

  1. This hand blender is intended to be used for mixing cream soups, sauces, fruit cocktails, pottages, baby meals, etc. It is not suitable for grinding hard foods (e.g.: ice cubes, coffee beans)!
  2. Take care of mixing hot food, because it can splash out and cause burning damage! Let the food cool down to under 60 °C!
  3. Have only the food to be mixed in the mixing bowl, no other foreign objects!
  4. Put the ingredients first in the mixing bowl, then the mixing shaft, fixed to the appliance. The mixing shaft has to stand vertically, not diagonally, because the mixed food can splash out easily. Switch on the unit only afterward.
  5. Immerse only the mixing shaft in the food, not the engine unit!
  6. Mixing time is a maximum of 1 minute, but in the case of dense or hard foods, it can be only 20 seconds. Keep 2 minutes pause after it.
  7. When you are finished, switch the unit off and power it off by unplugging the power cable.

EGG-BEATER

  1. Do not work with hot ingredients, let them cool.
  2. Firstly, place the ingredients in the mixing bowl, then the egg beater attached to the device. Only then switch on the device.
  3. At first, use it in a low stage, to avoid splashing out the ingredients from the bowl.
  4. When you are finished, switch the unit off and power it off by unplugging the power cable.

CHOPPER

  1. This chopper is suitable to chop food such as meat, eggs, vegetables, onions, and cheese. It is not suitable for grinding coffee or making icing sugar!
  2. Fit the knife into the axis of the chopping bowl, then place the food to be chopped to it, up to the MAX mark.
  3. Have only the food to be mixed in the mixing bowl, no other foreign objects!
  4. Do not place hot food in the chopping bowl, because it is not heat resistant! Let the food cool down to under 60 °C!
  5. Place the safety plastic lid on it. Place the engine unit on the lid.
  6. Press the switch (3 sec) shortly, then release it. Repeat this until the desired chopping result is achieved.
